While playing Colour Block, I accidentally bumped my keyboard and unintentionally walked into a VIP purchase sign. I did not intend to buy anything as I didn't click on any buy or accept buttons, but the purchase went through. I saw my Robux balance drop from a bit over [redacted] to [redacted]. I was quite upset about this unexpected purchase. Is there any way you could assist me in resolving this issue and refunding my Robux?

I logged into another Roblox account for a friend. When trying to log back into my main account, I forgot my password. I went through the "forgot password" process, but I did not receive the email. I checked my Junk and Spam folders but found nothing. The system recognizes my email address as valid but still doesn't send the reset email. Can you assist in resetting my password and locating the email linked to my main account?

The captchas on ROBLOX have become incredibly frustrating and complex. Recently, while my 6-year-old son was trying to set up a new account, he encountered a captcha asking which dice add up to fourteen. Confused, he started randomly selecting options on the screen. The challenge escalated from 4 to 6 tasks, each with less time to complete. This is becoming too much, as even my older son has mentioned these difficult captchas before. I attempted to assist my son but couldn't find the answer in time. It's disheartening to see the lack of consideration for the community's feedback. A quick search on Twitter for "roblox captcha" reveals numerous requests for simpler captchas and complaints. The frustration is mounting, and I urge for a resolution to this issue. There is a user by the name of "hungrypumpkin54" who has been stalking not only me but several others. This behavior is very unsettling. Even a well-known content creator, "the mildrek," has reportedly experienced stalking from this individual. The user in question has been dishonest about their age, claiming to be 13 when they are actually 26. This user also engages in hacking and violates many rules on the platform. While I may not have much influence due to being a minor, I urge Roblox to address this issue promptly. It is crucial to ban this user as their actions are causing distress. Good evening, I am a mother of a minor who has received many Roblox gift cards. We have used them multiple times without any issues. Lately, when we try to use them, an error message pops up saying there was a problem and to try again later. I visited the store and they confirmed the cards are activated, advising me to contact you. Please provide me with an address so I can send the gift cards for verification purposes. While playing a game, I realized that about [redacted] robux had vanished from my account while attempting to change my avatar. The group "Smarty's Clothing" appears to be involved as they made me pay for a private server of a game I am unfamiliar with. The group seems inactive, with other members also reporting missing robux. I used a robux gift card to obtain the robux, and the transaction for the server was oddly unique for each person affected. I believe the group owner might be responsible for this issue. I urge for assistance in recovering the lost robux and contacting the group owner for clarification.

After the [redacted] update, I noticed that my ghost bunny, albino bat, and regular bat disappeared from my account. I suspected a hack and changed my password from kyabland060509 to changepassword123. Later, during the Christmas update, I logged out and couldn't remember my password. I tried both passwords but needed to use the forgot password option. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a password reset code. Can someone assist me in recovering my password?

One day, when trying to log into my Roblox account 'Rich_person,' I received an error message stating that my username or password was incorrect. To establish my ownership, I can provide details about when the account was created, how I acquired Robux, and the balance on the account when it was compromised. This account was created in July [redacted]; unfortunately, I do not recall the exact date. I acquired Robux for this account via a Roblox gift card received on 14/08/[redacted] and redeemed the same day. At the time of the hacking incident, the account held [redacted] Robux. While playing Roblox with my friend, we noticed a strange issue with our friend list. Somebody messaged us claiming we had unfriended them, which we hadn't done, and they hadn't either. Concerned someone may have accessed our accounts, we promptly changed our passwords. My friend successfully regained access to her account, but unfortunately, I encountered difficulties. Despite several attempts to reset my password via text message, I did not receive the reset code.

Hello and good afternoon! Recently, my account was hacked, and unauthorized purchases were made. I am requesting a refund of 4,[redacted] robux for a face item bought by the hacker. While I am not concerned about other clothing items purchased, this particular face item does not interest me. Additionally, I have a query regarding changing my username on Roblox to just my name "cassie." Due to the system restrictions, I cannot use my name as it contains a prohibited word. I recently reviewed my bank account statement and noticed several unauthorized charges. After discussing it with my son, we both agree that he only used my visa debit card once back in November and hasn't used it since then without my authorization. I would like to request a refund for these unauthorized charges and also ask for my card to be removed to prevent any future occurrences. These withdrawals are happening without my knowledge or consent, which is distressing as I am a single mother currently on medical leave due to a chronic illness and relying on government aid. I accidentally purchased robox three times consecutively, each at a cost of 54.99 €. We promptly cancelled two transactions through Google Play. However, after receiving refunds from Google Play, we encountered issues with accessing robox account Yaser3713, which was blocked. Despite reaching out to robox support for assistance, we have yet to receive a response.

My son's Roblox account was banned due to two unauthorized charges that I reported. I disputed these charges with PayPal ($4.99 for Premium and $9.99 for Joyful Bell Helmet) as my son is too young to use them. Roblox then banned his account. I am inquiring about the possibility of receiving a refund for limited items I was scammed out of on 2/17/[redacted]. The items taken from me were Miss Scarlet and Midnight Commando. The scam occurred through a double trade where the scammer, under the username 4bf43, first offered a fake trade for an Ice Valk. Believing I had obtained the Ice Valk, I then proceeded to trade my Miss Scarlet and Midnight Commando for a Noob Attack: Scythe Strike as part of a separate trade. Unfortunately, I only received the Noob Attack: Scythe Strike and did not get the promised Ice Valk. Would it be possible to have the transaction reversed?

Hello, I am unsure if my account was hacked or accidentally deleted. I am deeply concerned about losing all the hard work I put into it. It would mean a lot to me if there is any way to recover it. The account on Roblox was my way to escape reality, and playing with friends meant everything to me. I was playing an obby game without any issues. When I exited the game, an error message stating "This service is unavailable" appeared. I initially assumed it was my Wi-Fi connection, but after reconnecting and restarting my laptop, the problem persisted. I attempted on another device with the same result; the website won't even load. This is perplexing as everything worked perfectly before.

I recently received a ban on my Roblox account under the username "elixsiee." I'm unsure if it was part of a ban wave or if my account was hacked. About a year and a half ago, my account was hacked, and my limited items were stolen due to a Chrome extension sent by a Discord friend. I was also a victim of a DDoS attack when I threatened to report the person. Despite feeling scared then, I now know he can't harm me further. However, I am struggling to reach Roblox support to recover my limited items. My account username is SiIencedVoices, where the "I" is swapped for an "L." I am seeking assistance with an account rollback or any solution to retrieve my items. Past completed trades and Discord messages could serve as evidence of the incident. While the hacker is already banned, my items remain on his account.

Hello, I previously purchased a monthly subscription of [redacted] Robux to Roblox, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it before the next billing cycle on 12/26.
