My daughter was playing Royal High when she got a notification about someone trying to sign into her account from another device. Suddenly, she was logged out from all her devices. She had over [redacted] Robux received at Christmas and had been playing on this account for 3 years, so she's heavily invested in it. I'm friends with her in the game, and we watched the hacker purchase items on Adopt Me. The hacker's username is Elias00091. Despite all the security measures taken, we couldn't reset her password as it must have been changed by the hacker. She also had valuable items like the Enchantress Virtual Code. I'm willing to involve the police if necessary. I want her account reset and items returned promptly. It's crucial to ensure her safety while playing. This incident should be addressed by implementing better security measures. I am ready to provide her username and any other information required for the resolution.

I was banned from my account for using the slang term "sus" during a game of Among Us. Many players use "sus" to mean suspicious. I didn't mean any harm by it. I was informed that my account name was inappropriate. If I could have my account reinstated, I would change it right away. I've invested around $[redacted] into this account, and losing it over a harmless term like "sus" is disheartening. I'm hoping for assistance in restoring my account.

My account has been banned for seven days. It seems that I was accused of offending someone, but in reality, I was only responding to their initial offensive behavior. Despite being called derogatory names, I reported the user and unfortunately retaliated with a similar term, resulting in my account being banned. I believe this decision was made unfairly and without proper moderation. I kindly request the moderators to review the entire chat conversation thoroughly and reconsider unlocking my account, which is registered under the name Cactusmovoso123.

I have an objection regarding the deletion of my son's account. I would like to retain the account for my son. I have purchased many Robux for him to play. Unfortunately, there were issues with the Robux purchase, as we mistakenly bought 3 sets of 54.99 EUR each in a row. We managed to cancel 2 of them through Google Pay. While playing Adopt Me with my friend, we encountered someone who threatened to report us if we didn't leave the game. After complying, we discovered that all of the legendary pets I had acquired through hard work and money were missing from our inventories. The individual responsible for this theft is @karuchxn, who apparently hacked into my account and traded my pets to their own account. I am seeking assistance on how to recover my pets. My username in the game is @gymnastics_girly123.

My account was hacked by someone who tricked me into sharing my password to add robux to my Roblox account. The hacker also got access to my Twitter password, then blocked me before changing my avatar's clothes, removing my friends, and adding their own. It's upsetting to witness. My username is unicorncute6291, and the hacker changed my password. I need Roblox's assistance to reset my password because the hacker knows my previous one. If not, my old password was "[redacted]." I purchased a $20 Roblox gift card today. However, whenever I try to redeem it, I receive an error message saying, "An error occurred, try again later." I waited for 30 minutes before attempting to redeem it again, but it still did not work. I reached out to the store where I bought the card, but they were unable to assist me. As a result, I am now without the Robux I purchased with the card and I have also lost the money spent on it. Please contact me via email so that I can receive the Robux that I paid for.

Despite attempting various PINs, none were successful. I suspect someone from the group "Super's Badge Group" is responsible for this malicious activity, as many members seem to be automated accounts. This group potentially accesses accounts with Robux, makes purchases, and restricts messaging capabilities using the PIN feature. I kindly request a refund for the lost items, restoration of my Robux, and removal of the PIN verification to resume communication and gameplay with friends.

My 7-year-old created an account without attaching an email. Now, she's unable to access it because the password she entered isn't working. She mistakenly added her Robux gift to this account but wants to transfer it to a different one. After logging out, she discovered the Robux was already redeemed. I unwittingly shared my password with a hacker, resulting in the compromise of my old Roblox account under the name "narellek." After realizing the breach, I attempted to regain control of my account without success for an extended period. It seems that the hacker may have abandoned the account or forgotten the password. I kindly request Roblox to assist in reclaiming the account "narellek" by resetting the password, as I have a history of playing with friends on that account who can attest to its ownership.

On 12/28/[redacted], I noticed an unusual transaction in my account. It seems a private server for "The U.S. Army" was purchased on Roblox, although I did not use the platform at all that day.
