Hello, I encountered an issue with my account while using a secondary device due to a problem with adding a friend on my usual device. I faced multiple codes for the 2-step verification because of slow wifi. After successfully adding my friend, I switched back to my primary device and encountered difficulty logging in, being informed that my username or password was incorrect. Despite attempting to reset through Gmail, I didn't receive any emails. I have reached out to Roblox support via email as well but have not received a response. My username is Queenwhitewolf2. On December 8th, [redacted], while playing Lumber Tycoon 2, I experienced a hacking incident resulting in the loss of my items. I diligently followed the designated procedure by completing a Google form for item restoration. After waiting for a week with no response, I resubmitted the form, yet the issue remains unresolved. Hello, my account has been hacked. The username is roblox_queen1602, just like my old account, crazy_girl1602, which was also hacked. I think with the roblox_queen1602 account, I scammed once, but the other times I just added pets to the account and didn't scam. The issue is that I can log in but get kicked out right away as if my account has been suspended or deleted. What can I do to get my account back? 😭

I was playing as usual, but had to go to the beach with my sisters and family where there was no internet. When I returned and tried to play Roblox, I was logged out and lost access to my account. I had to create a new one, and now I've lost everything. Some friends gave me 1 Robux, but I miss my old account that I had since I was 3 years old. Someone took it, changed the password and email, and now I can't retrieve my items. It's frustrating to lose all that progress.

I needed to create new accounts for my daughter and myself since we forgot our passwords. We are trying to regain access to those two accounts because they contain limited edition items that we would like to transfer to our new accounts. Someone messaged me on Instagram offering to trade a Frost Dragon in Adopt Me, my dream pet. They provided a link to their Roblox account resulting in me getting hacked. Upon realizing it was a scam, I tried changing my password in Roblox but was already locked out. Despite multiple attempts to receive a verification code, none were sent. I tried to buy Robux for £18.49 for my son. During the purchase, I got a verification message instructing me to note the deducted amount from my bank account. I checked with my bank agent as I didn't see any deduction. The bank agent verified that no money had been taken from my account and advised me to contact Roblox. I'm unsure what to do next.

I am extremely disappointed with your company. My sister gifted my daughter a $20 Roblox gift card, which made us all happy since she loves the game. However, to activate the card, we must complete a challenge to prove we are human. The challenge is to add 5 dice to see if they equal 14, but we need to go through 6 sets of 5 dice, totaling 30 dice in 15 seconds. This needs to be done 10 times in a row. This task is overwhelming, and my husband, who is epileptic, vomited due to the flashing lights when we got it wrong. I find this situation distressing, especially considering your target audience is children. My child is crying because she can't access her gift card, and I am deeply frustrated by your company.

I would like to request for my account to be reactivated. It was disabled due to unfamiliar languages that appeared on my phone, and I believe this was caused by auto-messaging from the previous owner. During a recent conversation, some inappropriate tags may have appeared which I didn't intend to send. I resolved the issue by compensating the other party with free pets, as I regularly donate pets and items, having acquired a significant collection over hours of gameplay and expenditures of money. Following a prompt about my account being accessed on another device and selecting to continue on my current device, my account was unexpectedly disabled. I feel undeserving of having to restart and lose all my progress, as I make considerable efforts to assist others in the community, including my many friends and role-play children. I am also dedicated to growing my YouTube channel. I admit my phone's broken screen may have caused some unintended actions, and I am committed to resolving this and controlling my reactions better in the future. I would sincerely appreciate it if my account could be reinstated.

The suspected user is "CompactDeep" or "PassiveRezdar," but my account name is "Kurqh." They also removed my email "[redacted]" from the account. I logged out of my account to try to access my old account, which was hacked. When I tried to log back into my main account, it asked for a code sent to my email, but I didn't receive it. I checked all folders, including spam and trash, but it wasn't there. I would like to either receive the code through a different method (phone number) or disable 2FA and then reactivate it.
