Hello, I received my report yesterday, but unfortunately, I am unable to access the PLUs on my phone. I never linked my email or phone number to my account. I desperately request assistance in restoring my account. When I attempt to use my phone number, I do not receive the verification code. My username is Cupquack_yummy, and the email I originally used belongs to my mom. I am over 13 years old. This issue arose after a glitch on my tablet made me believe my account was being hacked. I changed my password, got logged out, and now I cannot log back in to my Roblox account under the username cupquack_yummy. Can I provide additional proof to resolve this? I can provide details from my Roblox redemption cards and describe my avatar, which includes a woman's face, a neoclassic Female v2 shirt, jean shorts, and various other female body parts. I have approximately 36 Robux on my account, which is significant to me considering I have spent over $[redacted] on Roblox gift cards under the username Cupquack_yummy. I am willing to share information from some of my Roblox gift cards as proof if needed. P.S. I will likely contact Roblox support today.

Hello, I submitted a report regarding my account kiwidreamskiwi that details the issue. I am 13 years old. The problem arose when I utilized the website Rblx.land to obtain robux. Initially, everything worked fine, but subsequently, the robux I purchased seemed to disappear, causing great frustration. Despite experiencing this once with an 80 robux purchase, I brushed it off. I requested my sister for help, and she provided a Roblox gift card. So, I bought an outfit for five robux, conserving the remaining balance. However, upon attempting to make another purchase, I discovered my robux balance had plummeted to zero, leading to distress. I can provide the purchase details and a receipt if needed. Please, I genuinely did not make a [redacted] robux purchase for a shirt. I'm upset about this situation and hope for a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello! I wanted to share an experience I had while playing Roblox Murder Mystery 2. During a game, another player, username TestedOnion, made hurtful comments about my mom's weight, which was very upsetting as my mom has been working hard to lose weight. I kindly asked the player to stop, but they continued. I believe body shaming has no place on this platform; it can be very hurtful. My username is Crystxiq. I would appreciate it if something could be done to address this issue and prevent such behavior in the future.

I recently experienced a hack by an individual named "pitunocesu." If you look this person up, you will find information on him and his group "bewtie cheeks." I'm deeply upset because he took 10,[redacted] Robux from me. Other members of the group have expressed their disappointment, saying things like "I can't believe you. This is so wrong. How could you?" and "You need to go get a life and some friends. Maybe even a therapist." It's distressing to see people, even young kids, being affected by this. I understand that 20 Robux may not seem like much, but it's still significant. Can I please get my Robux back? I spent a whole year doing chores for it. My name is Alexilovedylan.

While playing Roblox with my friends, I came across a game offering a free neon bat dragon. Excited, I entered my information. After returning from vacation, I logged in using my correct details but was repeatedly told my password was incorrect. Despite double-checking and trying multiple times, I couldn't access my account.

Today, my friends and I were playing together when someone threatened to hack my account and used offensive language towards us. I play with my brother and two underage family friends. When I tried to explain they were kids, the person continued with hurtful comments. We reported the account multiple times and tried calling the provided number without success due to current circumstances. I also contacted you through Instagram. Playing Roblox is our safe space, but today's incident left us feeling uneasy. The individual also asked for personal information like my phone number and address. I have screenshots of the conversation and the person's username, which I can provide if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I encountered an issue with my former account, pikachuisawsome4586, while attempting to collect free Robux from a game that caught my interest. Unfortunately, upon trying to claim my reward, I repeatedly received an error stating an incorrect password and got kicked out of the game. Frustrated, I switched to playing Murder Mystery 2 and to my surprise, noticed a discrepancy. I had previously saved up 24 Robux, but discovered they were missing. The only recent purchases were a green hat and a blue hoodie that I did not make. Strangely, someone named Dumpy_Dumpy2 seems to be hacking my account and preventing me from accessing it.

My account "HXL-LYUH" was banned for allegedly moving stolen items. I've been trading items with my alternate account for a while. I exchanged some cheap limited items for more valuable ones. However, my alternate account also got banned for a different reason. I'd like to speak with Roblox to explain the situation and try to resolve it. Whenever I reach out, they mention crossing the rules and being on a special list. I understand that I made a mistake by potentially violating the rules unintentionally while trading with myself and my friend "HXL-LYAH." I genuinely apologize if any rules were broken, and I hope to regain access to my account as I've seen others do before.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my daughter Alicia's Roblox accounts. She linked two accounts together, one named Alicia Alicia TX and the other Alicia TX [redacted]. We purchased $60 worth of Robux which is reflected in her account balance but does not appear in the game when she plays. Consequently, she sees a zero balance. My granddaughter's account disappeared the other day, or at least she can't sign in with her password. She is heartbroken and can't socialize with her friends. Roblox is the only way they can socialize with this Corona situation going on. She stayed the night with her friend just before this happened and was using Roblox on her friend's computer. Her friend's mother removed some stuff from her daughter's computer because she had too many accounts/information out there. We are wondering if my granddaughter's account was removed from that computer, would it affect logging on to other computers. Their screen IDs were similar but they had different passwords. Is there anything that can be done?

One day, someone offered to give me Robux, and I agreed and shared my password. They then used a pin code to lock my account, but I managed to regain access through my email. Today, they returned and changed both my email and password, locking me out of my account. This person is unfamiliar to me, and I need assistance recovering my account with the username just763, which I've had since November [redacted]. I want to remove them from my account, set my own pin code, and regain control of my account without worrying about their return. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi! I want to share an unfortunate experience my cousin had in the Royal High Trading Hub. His username is Iqustiordarkfairy. He was looking for the Thigh High Ice Princess boots and a user with the boots agreed to trade. He offered his Dear Dollie Heels, but the other user only partially traded back. After another attempt, right before finalizing the trade for the boots, the user cancelled and left the game, leaving my cousin upset as he had worked hard to acquire the heels for a fair trade. I believe reporting these incidents to the Royal High team is crucial. It might be helpful to suggest monitoring trades closely and taking action against scammers. It's unfortunate that not only my cousin but other players have faced similar situations in the game. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a resolution soon. I recently set up two-step verification, added a 4-digit pin, and changed my password. Unfortunately, I forgot to check which email the two-step verification was going to be sent to and logged out without knowing the email address. I have since discovered it was sent to an old email called [redacted] which I no longer have access to. I don't have a phone number or another email linked to recover this old email. I am seeking assistance regarding my ongoing experience with playing the restaurant game. I have been actively involved for over a month, investing money into the game. However, when I recently attempted to log in, I received a message stating that I am unable to join because the game is now private. This is concerning to me as I enjoy playing the game with my niece and nephew. As an adult who engages in gaming as a hobby, I find this sudden change unfair and frustrating.
