Hello, I am writing to inform you that my child, who has the account KILANY2111, experienced issues accessing his account today. It seems like his account may have been hacked as he couldn't access it due to the password being changed. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine which email is associated with the account for password recovery. The fact that all our accounts and emails contain "kilany" as a family name proves that it is indeed my son's account. I believe the hacker may have changed both the password and the associated email. I have proof of purchases made through my PayPal account for items on Roblox under the account KILANY2111. I hope this can be investigated promptly.

I'm facing an issue with my Roblox account login. Whenever there are updates, I'm prompted to enter my password but it's not working despite numerous attempts. I am unable to contact Roblox by phone as I reside in the UK. I haven't accessed my account in 6 months. I forgot my password and I am unable to log in. I have proof. I provided two possible emails: [redacted] or [redacted] I am from the UK and couldn't reach out to support. My Roblox username is abdzee1234 and my known email is [redacted] I have a screenshot of me playing Mad City with my Roblox name visible in the top right corner. I really enjoy playing Roblox. It's fun interacting with others and playing different games on the platform. However, one aspect I find challenging is the requirement to spend money on Robux. This can be difficult for children whose parents may not have the means to afford it or are hesitant to use their credit cards. I believe introducing surveys or offering daily Robux for club members could be a more inclusive and accessible option. Thank you for considering this suggestion! 😊

I recently closed an old email account that was linked to my Roblox account. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and can't reset it without access to that email. Although I am currently logged in on the app with the saved password, I still can't change it without the original email. Changing the email would solve the issue, but it requires the password I don't have. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

I was playing a game called Anime Fighting when someone offered me Robux. I agreed, and they asked me to join them. Once in the game, I was prompted to enter my password. I hesitated and entered a fake password. The person realized it was fake so I entered my real password, thinking others had success with it. Suddenly, I noticed automated messages and was eventually kicked out of my account. The scammer had changed my password.

I recently logged out of my account without knowing the password, and now I am logged out everywhere. I have spent over $40 on the game on an account called TheBaconAmigo. To prove it's my account, I have several Roblox receipts on my phone. The last time I bought Robux was about a month and a half ago, and I also spent 30,[redacted] credits on a game called Big Paintball for 26 Robux about a month ago. I have been contacting Roblox non-stop for three days, but they haven't responded. Please help me, and email me back with details on how I can reset the password at [redacted]

Today, my account "gowsmigah2" got hacked, and I am desperate to regain access. Unfortunately, I cannot reset my password via email, as I never linked one to the account. Yesterday on December 27th, I attempted to purchase 4,[redacted] robux for £46.49 for my daughter. The transaction is pending in my bank account, but we have not received the robux. I filed a complaint yesterday but have not received any updates on the issue. I did successfully buy [redacted] robux for £4.59 and received an email receipt for that purchase, but nothing for the larger purchase. My complaint number is [redacted]2. I am concerned about the discrepancy in Robux charges between my daughters' accounts. I have four daughters who play this game, and one of them is being charged more for Robux. This seems extremely unfair and morally questionable. If I do not receive a response regarding this issue, I will escalate it further and make it public for transparency.

I need guidance on creating audio for Roblox. I uploaded a clean song, assuming the "estimate price" would suggest a suitable price for the catalog. I had some items taken from my account by the player ap_qles and the second account is ap_qless. In a trade, these items were taken, and even though they claimed to give them back, they have not. They include the panda knit, noob assist, fearless filmer, and white ninja headband of the unimpeachable. If you could help me get these items back on my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

While playing Adopt Me with my friend, we discovered that our neon pet and other pets we had were missing. We spent a lot of time acquiring them, and it's disappointing to have them disappear. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist in recovering them or provide some form of compensation. It's upsetting to have put in so much effort only to be let down by a scam that occurred. Recently, a friend of mine experienced a similar situation where she used her dad's money to purchase a ride potion in the game and then got scammed by someone she considered a friend on Roblox. This incident deeply affected her, leading her to avoid playing Roblox for several months. It's concerning that such scams can occur within the game, and perhaps stricter measures are needed to prevent them in the future.

Whenever I log in to Roblox, someone I know creates accounts with variations of my username. They use these accounts to threaten me and share my personal information with others on the platform. Despite my reports, these accounts are not banned, and the individual behind this harassment, BrendenDragon, persists in this behavior even after I have requested them to stop. My username is Swimqua1221. My friend used my account and behaved rudely to someone. As a result, my account got blocked when the other person reported it. I have had this account for nearly four years, and although it's just a game account, I have friends I can't contact in real life through it. I assure you that this will not happen again.
