I need assistance from Roblox as my account "Cupcakekawiigirlomg" got hacked. I have tried everything I could, even creating a new account to contact the hacker who was playing Bloxburg. Using my sister's account, I got some information from the hacker about possible passwords "starstar" or "starlight." They mentioned making a deal on April 29, [redacted], to return my account in exchange for another account. I informed my friends about the hacking and they seemed surprised. I've tried both passwords given by the hacker without success. I'm desperate to recover my account and have been emotionally affected by this ordeal. Please assist me in regaining access to my "Cupcakekawiigirlomg" account on Roblox. My current account is "iiAustielle." Thank you for your help.

I encountered an issue with the Roblox sign-up process. Recently, my son unintentionally got logged out of his account that holds Robux, but he cannot recall the password to log back in. Roblox's password retrieval process prompts for the email or phone number linked to the account, which is not feasible because the sign-up page does not require these details. As a result, we are unable to access an account that has had money invested in it. Provided that I possess the account user's username and date of birth, which were the only requirements during registration, I am seeking assistance in retrieving the password to gain access to the account. Please consider sending me the password via email to resolve this matter. I am the parent overseeing this account.

I am having trouble accessing my ROBLOX account because the verification codes are not being sent to my email. Despite checking all folders in my email, I have been unable to locate them. I also attempted to reset my password using my phone number but was unsuccessful. I have cleaned out my email folder, contacted ROBLOX for assistance, and confirmed that I have not blocked any emails from them. My main aim is to disable the two-step verification on my account. (Username on ROBLOX: 4_quatic)

I tried to donate Robux to a friend by setting a clothing item in my group at a price of [redacted]. However, when I bought it, the funds didn't go to my group "COOKIE MONSTERS NOM NOM." I attempted this twice, losing a total of [redacted] Robux. If needed, I can provide proof of my transactions and group logs to show that I genuinely tried to donate the Robux. Dear developers, I want to report that my account "TNTexploder0" was scammed, and I now have a different password that I don't know. Could you please email me new login information? I am using my dad's email for now. I hope you can assist and provide a new password. I assure you I am not attempting to scam another account; I still remember the old password, which was "323Towel." It might seem strange, but that was the password before I was hacked. Changing it to something new would prevent the hacker from accessing it. I appreciate your help in restoring my account. I am a player of "Shards of Power" and rank among the top 10 players globally with proficiency in all elements except for PvP. I encountered a player named "fannycuttte" who was AFK with a macro, leading me to seize her bounty of 4.5M. Subsequently, she relentlessly harassed me within the game for three days, despite my attempts to switch servers for peace. She continued to target me, insulting and challenging me in broken English. She demands the return of the 5M or ongoing confrontation, preying on my underdeveloped PvP stats. I feel trapped, unable to enjoy the game without fear of her attacks fueled by her advantages. It's frustrating to face her abuse of power. I refuse to yield to her demands and seek a resolution to this ordeal. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated, or else I may be forced to abandon my current pursuits for PvP dominance, which I am reluctant to do. Hello, my name is Sarah, and I've been playing Roblox for years. I think your online games are great. However, my best friend recently had his account banned. He worked hard and spent many hours earning money on Jailbreak (without hacking) and personalizing his avatar with clothing he bought with real money. His account was hacked, but I managed to retrieve it from the hacker. We've had many fun and challenging moments together. Sadly, he was reported by jealous kids who disliked him because he had more money. He was unfairly banned without any proof of wrongdoing. I hope you can reconsider and restore his account, as he is devastated. His username is "Andreamont03." Thank you for understanding the situation.

One day, while moving out of my house, I asked my mom to plug in my computer. To my surprise, when I opened Roblox, my account "Ashly[redacted]0" didn't show as logged in, just my username. This happened around 2 years ago, and as a kid, I hadn't verified my account but had spent a lot of money on it. My new account is "IIPsychoCrazy." On April 27th, I came across a post by CupCakeBitez on Twitter mentioning a contest. To enter, I needed to follow her and join her Roblox group. After confirming that I was already part of the group, I stumbled upon a comment claiming to give free Robux. Running low with only 1 left and unable to buy more, I decided to give it a try. The comment mentioned a game called "Kohl's Admin House" in Roblox. Inside, a chat message from (Roblox) suggested completing an obby for Robux. As I followed the instructions, I encountered a pop-up asking for my password with my account name already filled in. Believing it was needed to receive Robux, I entered it repeatedly. After a while, I left the game for 10 minutes, only to return to find myself unable to log in with the password now showing as incorrect. I'm concerned about the safety of my account and the potential consequences if it's misused. I hope to find a solution to this troubling situation as I value my efforts and enjoyment in Roblox and want to protect my friends from any potential scams.

I recently fell victim to a scam on Roblox. A player promised to give me Robux in exchange for my password. However, after giving them my password, there was no exchange, and I didn't share my phone number or email. I can prove the account is mine as my real-life friends are on my friend's list. I urge Roblox to take action to resolve this issue so I can continue enjoying the game. I am now unable to log in as I don't remember the password. If need be, I can have my real-life friends confirm my ownership by providing a secret code. I am eager to regain access to my account.

My account, "Gboy1225," was hacked. When I tried to access it recently, I couldn't log in. I managed to reset the password using my email, but the new password was linked to another Roblox account. It seems someone hacked into Gboy1225 and changed the email associated with it. I've owned this account for years and I'm eager to regain access. Additionally, the account now has Builders Club, which I never purchased, and the profile message was changed to "chicken," indicating someone else is using it. I use the username Gboy1225 across various online platforms like Stick Empires, Minecraft, and others. Though unsure if it's retrievable, I would be grateful if your team could assist in recovering my account using my email. Thank you in advance. :)

I have learned that sending Robux to others is not allowed unless you have a Builders Club (BC) membership. Google and YouTube indicate that BC members can trade Robux as part of a transaction and need to understand how to set up a t-shirt. I made my son a BC member, hoping he could share some Robux with his siblings as I struggled to buy it for them, but that didn't work. I reached out to the provided phone number for assistance to no avail. My daughters are upset that they haven't received the Robux they paid for. Please advise on how to resolve this issue so my daughters stop complaining. Thank you. Tina W.

Hello, I'm Fazbear5623 and encountered an issue logging in. While playing a game, I reached the end of an obby where it advertised free Robux. To debunk it, I tried the process which appeared safe with Roblox colors, providing my information with a promise of a 48-hour wait. Upon leaving the game, I found myself logged out on the account homepage. Despite being confident in my login details, I received an "incorrect login" message. While I was browsing Roblox games, I came across one promising free Robux at the end of an obby. I entered my information into a supposed safe site, but after leaving, I found myself logged out when trying to return to the homepage. I experienced unwarranted comments while playing. During a game, my home was invaded, and the intruders taunted me with rude remarks. Later, a girl joined in and used hurtful language. I believe implementing hashtags to filter out offensive terms like "mommy," "kid," "idiot," and others could be helpful. Shifting to the issue of spray paint in a different game, players used it to create inappropriate images, including explicit content. I recommend banning these users who engage in such behavior. That sums up my experiences.

I have been taking breaks from ROBLOX due to school tests, but I occasionally log in to check the catalog. I noticed that more than [redacted] robux have gone missing multiple times, resulting in a total loss of over [redacted] robux. I would greatly appreciate it if there is any way to recover or refund my robux. I am seeking assistance in this matter. I use the Roblox account “TuAbuelaTaRica” as my username. While playing today, the game suddenly crashed, causing the app to close. When I tried to log back in, I discovered that the login and register buttons were missing. After entering my username, I attempted to input my password, only to receive an error message stating, “wrong password or username.” I am now unable to access my account, despite having made purchases for Robux. I urgently need access to my account restored. My main priority is regaining access to my account and password.

A user named Damp*Jr has taken my game "Shamu Stadium *Orlando*," which holds significant value to me due to the time and effort put into creating it. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue peacefully via Discord providing evidence, he refuses to delete the copied game. I discovered that his version was posted recently in November, while mine has been online since November. I respectfully ask for assistance in having my game removed from his possession. It has been reported, but I feel direct communication is necessary since Roblox may not address this promptly. I kindly request that my game is taken down from his group and that he receives a 24-hour ban to deter such actions in the future. Despite receiving credit initially, he has since removed it and claimed full ownership. I have heard that he may have copied other stadiums as well. After further attempts to address this, he has now blocked me. I urge for the removal of my game "Shamu Stadium" from his possession. Here is the link to his copy: bogus.
