I have an account named SenpaiGamingLOLZ. I recently contacted Roblox support because someone gained access to my account, changed the password, and added a pin. The person even transferred my account to another user temporarily. Fortunately, the second person returned my account when they realized what happened. We managed to secure the account by changing passwords and emails. However, Roblox support unexpectedly deactivated my account despite my efforts to explain the situation and request not to do so. I may not have the original game cards, but I can provide any other necessary information. It's frustrating that I have to struggle to retain ownership of MY account.

One day, I tried to log into my Roblox account as Lamincraft, only to find out that my password was deemed invalid after several attempts. I can provide some evidence by mentioning that I am friends with my younger brother's account, tapha1. If you could kindly reset my password to the original one I used, it would be greatly appreciated. On April 16, [redacted], I entered the game Bloxburg and a girl complimented my avatar's hat. She asked to chat privately and shared her YouTube channel. She requested to be friends and later asked for my password, promising more Robux. I provided it, but due to her error in typing my username, I kept changing the password until she accessed my account and used my Robux. I noticed she hadn't changed the password, so I unfriended and blocked her, changing my password multiple times until being temporarily blocked. After waiting for three hours, I regained access and changed the password again. Unfortunately, she managed to access the account once more the next day. I learned not to share passwords with strangers. Her username is xXityourguirl. Can you assist me in reclaiming the [redacted] Robux she took? My mother purchased the [redacted] Robux for me as a reward for excelling in my grade 3 class.

The two-step verification process has disconnected our email from the account, and we are unable to access it. The original email associated with the account is [redacted], but I would like to transfer it to [redacted] I can provide proof that my grandson is the owner of the account by sharing receipts for his Builders Club Memberships purchased through his iPad and screenshots showing Safe Chat disabled. I have an issue with development. I'm a developer getting started on a fantasy game and have reviewed the Roblox Terms of Service multiple times. However, there isn't much information about Religion. I am considering incorporating an in-game Religion for the storyline of the game, but I want to ensure it complies with Roblox's Terms of Service. I would like clarification on whether it's permissible to include a religion in the game and if there are specific guidelines to adhere to. Thank you for your help. I recently experienced a hacking incident roughly four days ago. Despite regaining access to my account, upon returning home from school and trying to log into Roblox, I found myself signed out. After struggling to regain access, with the hacker having replaced my email with [redacted], I am now feeling distraught and puzzled by the situation. Through tracing their account, seemingly belonging to azeriina, which may have been another victim, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my puppysbreath account for approximately four days. The hacker has once again altered my email, which formerly was [redacted] I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

I recently received an email on my phone informing me of a charge of £[redacted].59 that has been applied to my bill, causing me great distress. This charge has resulted in the suspension of my calls and texts. After investigating, I discovered that my 8-year-old daughter, who is battling neuroblastoma, a form of childhood cancer, unknowingly used my phone to make unauthorized purchases of roblux. Given our current circumstances where neither my husband nor I are working due to our daughter's serious illness, we are unable to cover this unexpected expense. I am hopeful that this situation can be resolved with understanding. If not, I will have to escalate this matter further.

I have had my Roblox account for almost three years now. I can't recall when this issue started, but there's a problem that has been bothering me for a while. I play Roblox on my Google Pixel 1 phone exclusively. The in-game chat in almost every game is extremely laggy for me. It's so bad that I have to disable in-game chat in my privacy settings for every game I join. By laggy, I mean that when someone sends a message, my game freezes for about 2 to 3 seconds. This makes playing in servers with nearly 50 people almost impossible. I miss being able to chat with my friends in-game effortlessly. I play Roblox every day on my phone as it's my only device, so it would mean a lot to me if you could investigate and fix this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Unfortunately, my account was refreshed by Roblox tonight, and I am now locked out due to the numerous failed password reset attempts. I am unable to log back in and have essentially lost access to my account, Jacklox2_Plays. I have dedicated five years to this account and it would be devastating for me to lose it.

I fell victim to a scam on Roblox where someone on Discord posed as a friend with a matching profile picture and name. They used tactics like Inspect Element and CTRL + R to deceive me. After reaching out to Roblox and appealing, I woke up to an email at around 5 a.m. notifying me that my two-step verification was deactivated, which I did not do. The following morning, I discovered that both my email and password were changed, leaving me locked out as the email was altered. While uncertain if this is connected to the initial scam, I have screenshots proving the account belonged to me and evidence of being scammed.

Hi, my friend had an unfortunate experience while playing a game where someone offered her free robux. She accepted, friended the player, and joined a game where she was asked to input her password. After that, she discovered she was unable to log back in, and even though her correct email was associated with the account, it didn't work. We suspect the hacker may have changed the email and password. This incident has left her feeling upset as she had a previous account hacked as well. While playing Bloxburg, I encountered someone named Notch in the chat offering a free game pass. Intrigued, I joined their game but didn't receive a response after announcing my presence. The game seemed to be related to a free Bloxburg game pass. Suddenly, I was kicked out and unable to re-enter. I logged out of Roblox and back in, only to face difficulty with my username and password, which hadn’t changed. Concerned, I suspected I may have been hacked. Unfortunately, I confirmed my suspicions when my friend couldn't access my account as usual. It appears Notch hacked me. I urgently need help to regain control of my account and prevent unauthorized purchases with my Robux. My username is "Roxane729".

Hello ROBLOX Support, My friends and I have been developing a game on ROBLOX, but we had a fallout with another player who goes by the username YtShadowDragon186. After ending our friendship, he somehow obtained a copy of our game and created his own version claiming it as his own. He is now posting content from our game in his version and even threatening to leak our game to the public. This player has a history of asking for copies of games from me in the past, only to claim them as his own and start new projects with them. This situation is causing a lot of stress for us as our community is eagerly anticipating the release of our game, but if he leaks it, it could lead to negative feedback. I made an error when signing up for my account. I am actually 13 years old, but accidentally selected [redacted] as my birth year. The rest of the information I provided is accurate, except for the year. The mistake occurred because I meant to choose [redacted], but the screen kept jumping due to some residue on my old tablet, possibly from eating a few Cheetos. I clicked quickly to make it stop, leading to the incorrect birth year. I have been mistaken for a 9-year-old during safety chats. I would appreciate it if this issue could be corrected.

I came home from school to find my mom had given me a $[redacted] Robux gift card, which made me really happy. I used the card and ended up with around 4,[redacted] to 7,[redacted] Robux. In Bloxburg, I tried to buy $50,[redacted] but couldn't because it said I didn't have enough Robux, which wasn't correct as $50,[redacted] costs [redacted] Robux.
