Dear community members, I am encountering difficulties with my Roblox account named sandinmypants. Around a year and a half ago, my account was hacked, and I subsequently set up a pin for security. Unfortunately, I have forgotten this pin and requested a reset. Following the reset, my account was abruptly locked, indicating that the password and email had been altered, with someone using an email starting with the letter "S" now controlling the account. While I can still log in through Facebook, I am unable to modify the password or associated email. I have attempted to use my phone number for a password change; however, it necessitates a verification code sent to the hacker's email. I seek Roblox's assistance in re-linking my Gmail to my account, enabling me to change the password and ultimately securing it with a new pin and two-step verification. Once this is resolved, I aim to update my username due to continuous password reset emails received from the hacker over the past year. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out concerning my account sandinmypants. Approximately a year and a half ago, someone managed to hack into my account. As a precaution, I set up a pin to secure it. However, I unfortunately forgot the pin and requested a reset. After the reset, I was surprised to find myself locked out as the password and email were changed. Presently, an individual with an email starting with S seems to have control over my account. Although I can log in through Facebook, I am unable to modify the password or email associated with the account. Attempting to utilize my phone number for a password reset prompts a verification code to the hacker's email. I kindly ask for Roblox's assistance to re-link my actual email to the account, enable me to reset the password, and permit me to initiate a new pin along with two-step verification. I fervently desire to alter my username following this ordeal, as I have been continuously receiving password reset emails on my Gmail from this person over the last year. If feasible, your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this is "hannah12SH." I had a previous report for using inappropriate language, which I have acknowledged. However, I am now addressing a situation where "naiyalashay" reported me inaccurately. In the Roblox High School 2 game, he engaged in inappropriate roleplay without my consent, even after I made it clear it wasn't appropriate. Despite my objections, he persisted, and I had to insist multiple times that he stop and even threatened to inform his girlfriend. Subsequently, his girlfriend, "babygirl[redacted]," joined the game and insulted me. He then proceeded to report me without valid reason, causing me distress. I am reaching out to ensure my account is not penalized unjustly. I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing this matter and avoiding any unwarranted actions against my account. I have been unable to access Roblox since 4:30. My brother and I really enjoy playing together, but every time we try to join a game, it says there is a problem being investigated. We love playing survival games, tycoons, and granny, but we've been unable to play at all. We were just playing granny before going out to eat, and we were eager to continue afterward, but we couldn't. We hope Roblox gets fixed soon so we can enjoy our favorite games together. It's frustrating to not be able to play, and we're both eager for the issue to be resolved. Please, with a cherry on top, make Roblox work for us so we can have fun again. Thank you.

I had a scary experience with my iPad recently. I was locked out of it for three days and when I finally unlocked it, I realized that my account password wasn't working. I asked my friends for help, and they mentioned seeing activity on my Roblox account during those days. I believe my account has been hacked, and I haven't received any assistance so far. I was in a trade discussion with Abbasday10 discussing our experiences with scammers when he suddenly sent me two trade requests. One request was for items for his YouTube channel - my Fedora, Narwhale, Space Hair, and "Tee Vee" in exchange for a Keytar sword. The second trade request included Space Hair, Miss Scarlet face, So Super Excited purple face, Epic Failousaurus, and $[redacted] Robux. The total offered was $[redacted] Robux, while the items he wanted for his YouTube channel were worth $[redacted] Robux. After agreeing to the deal, I accepted both trades but only received the Keytar sword. The promised items and Robux were not included, and Abbasday10 then unfriended me and left. I have evidence of the entire interaction. My username is UnknownThrasherV1, and his is Abbasday10. Thank you for your assistance.

My daughter's Roblox account has been hacked, and the password and email addresses have been changed. This account is linked to my husband's account, which is how we discovered the situation. We had to cancel our bank details, resulting in the cancellation of my daughter's membership. We are eager to regain access to her account and inquire about the actions being taken against the perpetrator. My daughter's username is princessskyepeach, and the perpetrator's details are [redacted] His username is blaplumian, and he falsely claimed to be part of the admin team, offering free items and coins. Concerning Behavior I had a concerning encounter with a player called louisandsonic. In response to me calmly stating, "Stop whining," he made serious threats in the chat, saying things like, "Oh yeah I will shoot you if I find you" and "Jump out of a bridge shut up or I will kill you!" This happened because louisandsonic was upset with another group of players in the game "Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51!!" claiming they were cheating. I explained to him that it was just part of the game and not against the rules, which led to an argument and ultimately threats from him. I am reaching out for support on how to address this matter and would appreciate it if the necessary actions could be taken against louisandsonic. I have screenshots and a video recording of the entire conversation as evidence of his behavior.

My account was hacked after giving my friend, J., my password. She made purchases on my ROBLOX account, charging my dad's Xbox account $5. Following the recommended security guidelines, I changed my password. However, I failed to add my dad's Gmail for password resets. Later, a person on Roblox, RobloxLray, seemed suspicious and asked for my password in exchange for ROBUX, which I declined. When I discovered someone online in my account, they demanded my other valuable account, insisting on a password exchange. They resorted to aggressive tactics, indicating cyber theft, and threatened to keep and possibly sell my account. Losing access to my cherished account, herobrine303fan, along with all its content, including my unique username and investments, has deeply upset me. I hope for assistance in reclaiming my account promptly.

I play Roblox with the account Waryplayerkid1. I am struggling to remember my password and my parents can't recall it either. I use my iPad and phone, but there are limitations in the game that prevent me from accessing certain features like using certain cars and planes. I attempted to reset my password via email but got stuck because I don't remember my current password. I wonder if I accidentally created multiple accounts on my parents' phones due to trying to log in. My avatar is a blue and black robot holding a bow and arrow.

Hello, I created a Roblox account for my daughter when she was 9. She chose the username and password, but I'm worried about the username revealing her real name (Kaitlyn) and age. I don't want to spend additional money on Robux as she has already used $10-$13 from a $25 gift card. She has purchased game passes, clothing, accessories, and even builders club, leaving her with [redacted]-[redacted] Robux. I'm hesitant to buy more Robux or create a new account because she would lose her progress, badges, items, and clothing. I would greatly appreciate it if the username could be changed or if the price for a change could be reduced to about [redacted]-[redacted] Robux. I have a few username alternatives in mind. Hello, I hope you can help me with this issue to prevent my account from being terminated. I previously contacted support via Gmail but I am unsure if I reached the correct email address. My ROBLOX account is under the username onecoolsnowman. The situation is, while working on a game today, I received a notification that an asset I uploaded (ph-bottom) was deemed inappropriate and against the ROBLOX rules. The notification specified that using characters to simulate nudity or undergarments is prohibited, but the asset in question was not depicting either. I was creating a fan game for "Adventure Forward 2" on ROBLOX, where characters wear gradient-colored clothes. One character had gradient clothes with a neon outline, which triggered the notification. I am concerned about the potential termination of my account, especially considering the investment I have made in it. It would not be fair to lose it without a valid reason. I have added [redacted] Roblox coins to my daughter's account on my phone, but we are unable to access the account as we don't know the password she set up. The account username is unicornster157. Is there a way to recover or change the password without an email linked to the account? I bought wings for my avatar on Roblox, but they are not showing up and there's an error message saying they can't load. Recently, I received a three-day ban for attempting to add music to my game, which was simply to enhance the experience following the platform's guidelines. I've noticed other users adding music without issue; this ban feels unfair. I haven't violated any rules by profiting from, claiming credit for, or using inappropriate music in my game. The lack of clear explanation for the ban is frustrating, and I request immediate removal of the ban. I enjoy playing "Royal High" by callmebob, and my username is coleyoley222. Today when I logged in, I was surprised to find out I was banned for allegedly cheating in Physical Education (PE). I have never excelled in PE on the game as I usually struggle to get a passing grade, let alone cheat. I have dedicated a significant amount of time in the game to gather diamonds so I can enjoy new features with my little sister. It's disheartening to be banned unjustly when I have not violated any rules or cheated. I find it puzzling how one can cheat in a game like this, and I firmly stand by my innocence. Recently, I faced challenges in the PE class, not progressing beyond the pool due to obstacles. I sincerely hope that my account can be reinstated promptly, as I believe this ban is a mistake.

My younger sibling was banned from playing their favorite game, Royale High, while I was using their account. Another player was bullying someone, and I stood up for the victim. The bully threatened to have our accounts banned by a contact at ROBLOX. Despite thinking it was a bluff, the account has since been banned. Can you assist in getting it unbanned? This has upset my sister as she had been saving in the game to purchase items. The account in question is NatKru9. The reason cited for the ban was allegedly attempting to stalk YouTubers, but we do not watch ROBLOX content on YouTube.

On my account linked below, I have a game pass for "Luxury Cars," but the game associated with it has been deleted, causing my Robux to be wasted. Additionally, I accidentally purchased the "MEGA VIP" game pass which cost a lot of Robux, and I am unable to find a way to get a refund. Subsequently, a window popped up revealing that it was an April Fool’s Day prank. Uncertain whether this was an official joke by ROBLOX or a hack by another user due to grammar errors, I wish to express that such pranks are not enjoyable for my daughter. Kindly review this from the perspective of a young girl who loves ROBLOX and Royal High to avoid distressing innocent players. 2) Additionally, our daughter saved diligently to purchase limited edition Rainbow/Pastel Hightops for [redacted] diamonds, only to find them unavailable when she attempted to buy them with our support. Despite her disappointment, she bought a dress instead after further saving, but now she noticed the shoes are available again, causing her frustration. We seek assurance that she can finally obtain the shoes without further glitches. We appreciate Royal High as a safe and enjoyable platform for our daughter to play, learn, and socialize. I attempted to donate Robux to my friend, Aditafebruary18, by creating a T-shirt in my group and setting the price at approximately [redacted] Robux. I then purchased the shirt with my own Robux so she would receive [redacted] Robux. However, the transaction did not go through as expected. Although my purchase is confirmed, the funds have not been transferred to the group. I need assistance to ensure the donation reaches my friend. My Roblox account got hacked today on 4/1/[redacted]. I have evidence of the hack. My email was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] at 8:15 PM. The hacker used 38,[redacted] Robux to purchase limited items and made two trades to number1bluefacefan. The first trade involved items worth 52,[redacted] Robux exchanged for an item valued at [redacted] Robux, and the second trade had items worth 41,[redacted] Robux traded for an item valued at [redacted] Robux. I am requesting that the hacker be banned from Roblox and that I be fully compensated for all my Robux and limited trade items. I have invested real money and countless hours into this game for those items. Urgent reply requested. Thank you.
