Hello ROBLOX Support I’m contacting you about the termination of my account after I was hacked and my username was unknowingly changed to something extremely inappropriate . After I explain my point of view on this incident hopefully you guys can show understanding for the trouble that I have went through attempting to contact support and resolve this.** **To commence, I would like to say on ******* my account was disabled for breaking the Terms of Services, yet my account was clearly breached & hacked over a time period in which I completely took a break from ROBLOX and when I returned my username was anonymously changed from KillerKJ*** to Bootyyz and my ROBUX had been spent and unknown trades had been processed on my account without my permission.** **I’ve never shared my Login Credentials to anyone, I’ve read over and completely understood ROBLOX Terms of Service when I first signed up for ROBLOX. And it clearly states not to share your Login Details to any user or person. Therefore my account was breached unknowingly as I was left hopeless. I attempted to contact support about my account being hacked yet nothing was done, I requested a name-change and was denied. At the time I had no money to purchase a name-change and next thing you know my account had been terminated and everything I’ve ever worked for on this account was gone in a matter of seconds. All I ask for your understanding as I’ve supported ROBLOX after countless years ever since I was a kid I had donated to the game because of how much I enjoyed it. And now that’s it’s all gone I’m no longer eligible to cherish my childhood memories from this game. So please, lets get this false termination resolved and enjoy the Holidays** **Sincerely Julian.
