My ** Year old daughter has charged $*** dollars in August **** and $*** dollars in September **** until I was able to access her phone and stop her charging. I have no idea what her charges for June and July are. I work out of town * days a week and my daughter lives with her Mom full time. I tried to stop ty he charges but could not access her accounts information from my phone even though she's under ** and my card is the only card on our accounts. This is a total racquet and I'm demanding the full refund of August and September immediately. I knew it was getting out of hand in June and July but again could not access her phone while I'm on the road working and I repeatedly asked her time and time again what the heck she could be charging? She said there's nothing and there's nothing that indicates for her to agree or to consent a charge is in place. I asked my ** year old son too, and he said the same thing that he couldn't begin to say how shes charging that type of money. The emails for the charges to notify me come at *:**-*:** am in the morning??!! Why is it not immediately?!! And alot of the times they are filtered out of my primary inbox to a social or promotion so it's not clear that it's even an important email that my daughter is fraudulently being charged $** here $** there and $*.** again all in the same day?!!! How is that possible. Her account info or name is Chizzel* and there's a birthday that's wrong so thats fraudulent and it's ******** and her password is Mazie***. I need a contact phone number of your customer service please ASAP?!! **My info is *Josh Chisholm****-***-**********@***.com**I appreciate your cooperation and immediate attention and refund to the card on file for the app charges. **Regards, *Josh
