I just bought a new tv. The salesperson asked what kind of hookup I had and I said I honestly don’t know. *He said to ask if my cable box is HDMI ready. I already had to cancel the delivery bcoz the hold time is DISGRACEFUL and I’m getting pissed off enough that I’m thinking of going back to Time-Warner. If my box is not HDMI ready I’ll need to make an appointment to get that box which means I’ll have to call back and be on hold again. I’ve been with RCN for ** years and I’m fed up with being on hold for so ******* long and if u don’t like my language that’s too bad. *I expect someone to get back to me ASAP.
