Ordered shoes on Puma on eBay site. Forgot to use discount coupon. Called and was told they would cancel order and I could order again using discount code. Ordered another pair using discount code to save $**. Both charges appeared as pending on my credit card statement. Received this morning an email from Puma saying they could not cancel my order because the processed orders so quickly. Really???? Less than one hour and they pick, pack and ship???? Not true... charges for both pair are still pending whic means ** hours later they are not shipped. I simply do not want the non discounted shoes. If they do not stop process, I will end up with * pairs of shoes and must go through returns process including shipping cost. I want the $** pair simple not processed or shipped to me.
