Hi there, I bought a public mobile SIM card (had it ordered to my house) and went to activate it by buying the $** monthly plan online. The payment and activation was successful and I was given a number however it is not working. My iPhone constantly reads "searching" in the top left corner where the service bars normally are. I have taken the SIM card in and out and tried turning the phone off*resetting it for long periods of time. I tried to call public mobile however it is saying it does not recognize my number. I would really like to speak to someone to resolve this issue and get my SIM card activated ASAP. The public mobile number that is not working is (***)***-****. Thank you.
