I received an incorrect bill from Affirm that needs correction. I attempted to book a flight on July 23 with Sun Country but couldn't use my Discover Card. Since I didn't have a Visa, I tried Affirm, only to receive a rejection email for my application, assuming the charge didn't go through. However, on July 29, I unexpectedly got a loan confirmation for Loan ID: AGWD-B3VA with a total of $[redacted].18 and a partial refund of $[redacted].18. After contacting Affirm, Gail mentioned an outstanding balance of $[redacted].71 under loan number SY8K-05RL advising me to reach out to Priceline. Despite trying on July 19 and hearing no updates about the trip I wanted to book, my confusion persists due to the bill from Affirm. For a resolution, kindly CANCEL THE WHOLE TRANSACTION completely to avoid owing anything to Priceline or Affirm.

On May 1, [redacted], I made a reservation with Priceline for a rental car with Sixt in Denver under reservation number [redacted] from October 3, [redacted], to October 7, [redacted]. Recently, I was notified via email about changes to the hours of operation at Sixt effective August 3, [redacted], which now end at 12:00 am. However, my flight departs at 6:00 am, leaving me stranded at the car rental return with no transportation to the airport. My reservation was aligned with the availability of transportation upon returning the car, and I believe I should be able to cancel without penalties since the terms have changed. Despite prepaying for the rental, Sixt's policy indicates I may only receive one day's credit instead of three days. Attempts to reach a customer service representative at Sixt have been unsuccessful, as I am directed to an automated system. Even through Priceline, I faced the same automated process. I am seeking a full refund and considering other travel options if necessary.

Good morning, I am a visitor to the USA and attempted last night, on August 1st, to buy a ticket online from Cleveland to IAH Houston via Atlanta. Everything was going smoothly until I entered all my card details and passenger information. Unfortunately, an error occurred on your website stating that there was no flight available. The issue is that the amount was charged to my card ending in [redacted]. I received a message from my bank, HSBC, confirming this charge. The transaction was for USD [redacted].98 on 01/08/[redacted] at PLN*PRICELINE.COM AIR. I kindly request that you reverse the amount back to my card as I am currently visiting and require sufficient funds for my travels. You can reach me at +[redacted]82 or via email at [redacted] I appreciate your prompt assistance. Best regards, Elias Khairallah

I reserved a double room with two double beds at Days Inn Suites in Mobile, Alabama from August 3rd to August 5th, confirmation number [redacted]78. Upon arrival, the hotel didn't have the room I booked through Priceline online. They offered a king bed room which was dirty and unmade when I checked it. I've been trying to get a refund since Friday night, August 3rd, through Priceline without success. This has been the worst customer service experience in all my years as a loyal Priceline member. I am looking for a refund or alternative accommodation for this disappointing weekend. For a prompt response, please contact me via email at [redacted] or on my cellphone at [redacted]. Thank you, Ms. Carter.

On June 17, I made a reservation at Super 8 for myself, Connie Earls, and paid for my room. I also booked a room for my friend, Bobby R., who chose the pay-at-hotel option. Upon check-in on June 23, my room cost $45, while my friend checked in as Jose R., providing his credit card for a $40 charge. The next day, I confirmed with the front desk that his card was on file, but they claimed he hadn't checked in, leading to additional charges on my card. After a dispute with the bank, I received a $80 credit for the unauthorized charges. However, on August 1, there was an $80 reversal. I now seek a refund of $80 because I paid for my room and my friend covered his own charges by providing his credit card upon check-in, despite my card being on file.

Hello, My name is E. Robbins. I need assistance with a flight issue. My ticket number is [redacted]6 and my request number is [redacted]2. I had a connecting flight from Rome to Belgrade on 8/3, Serbia which got delayed, causing me to miss my subsequent flights home on 8/3-8/4. Air Serbia's consistent delays led to me having to purchase new tickets at my expense totaling $[redacted].44. I have a refund request with Air Serbia, but I urge Priceline to refund me the full amount. The lack of assistance and support from Air Serbia and the inconvenience at Belgrade Airport were distressing. I insist on Priceline discontinuing business with Air Serbia or at least providing a warning about their frequent delays. I urge Priceline to offer customer service from an office in the USA instead of directing calls to the Philippines. I expect a prompt response within 24 hours to address these issues. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the hotel I booked. It is not as advertised and is currently undergoing extensive construction, leading to strong odors and dust throughout the property. I am seeking a complete refund for my reservation at the Holiday Inn Express Cardiff in Encinitas. The hotel was meant to be a 3-star property with an 8.0 guest rating, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. It is concerning that Priceline did not disclose the ongoing construction, putting guests at risk of exposure to chemicals and construction hazards like asbestos or lead. If you have sensitivities to odors, dust, or safety concerns regarding construction sites, I would advise against staying at this location.

After booking hotel reservations for 30 years, I have always made sure to select rooms with free cancellation, including this recent reservation. However, upon trying to cancel, I was surprised by a $[redacted].68 penalty fee not mentioned in my confirmation. I made a penalty-free cancellation for the same dates at the Hyatt through Priceline. It is frustrating to face this unexpected fee, especially when I carefully chose a free cancellation option. This is my first experience using Priceline, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I made a hotel reservation in Paris, France on Priceline.com for two connecting rooms for four people. After receiving the confirmation from the hotel, I discovered it was only for one room. I have screenshots of the website showing the reservation details. Priceline directed me to their sister company, Aboda.com, who only offered a full refund. I paid extra for free cancellation. I expect Priceline to honor the reservation for the two rooms as advertised on their website. The hotel stated I would need to pay triple the amount for the two rooms Priceline promised.

On August 6, [redacted], I booked a vacation package from Orlando, FL, to Montego Bay, Jamaica, for my husband's birthday. After booking, we found a better price online and contacted customer support immediately to inquire about their best price guarantee. Unfortunately, they informed me that the guarantee did not apply to my package. Despite this, I decided to cancel and rebook at the better rate, only to be told that the hotel portion was non-refundable and non-cancelable. I have been attempting to resolve this for five days now, only to be met with continuous runaround from customer service. Upon reaching out to the Jamaican hotel and confirming our booking details, I was shocked to hear conflicting information from the staff. I engaged with Natasha and German to rectify the situation as I had paid for an ocean-view king size room but was incorrectly listed for a standard room. Despite multiple calls to the Hyatt in Jamaica, they insisted I pay an additional $[redacted] for the room category that I had already paid for through Priceline. It has been a distressing and chaotic experience trying to sort this out as each agent I spoke with merely repeated the same unhelpful responses. I am left feeling extremely frustrated and stressed about this vacation planning ordeal. I have compiled all the documentation and evidence to support my case and am considering escalating the matter to the corporate level to seek resolution. The lack of concern and unhelpful responses from Priceline's representatives have only added unnecessary stress to this situation. I am hoping for a swift and fair resolution to this matter.

I was searching for a room in Toledo, Ohio, and found one at Courtyard. Even though I didn't submit my payment information due to a change of heart, I received an email confirmation for the room. I then booked a room at Residence Inn on the same street through www.agoda.com. However, I unexpectedly received two reservation emails - one from Courtyard (which I didn't complete) and one from Residence Inn (which I did complete). I realized Priceline mistakenly processed payment for the Courtyard room. After contacting Courtyard to rectify the error, I discovered Residence Inn was closed for construction. Courtyard informed me that the room I initially canceled was now sold out. I'm puzzled by how these mishaps occurred and question Priceline's unauthorized completion of my reservation and placement in a closed hotel. I have disputed the credit card charge for the unused service and unauthorized booking. Please ensure no charges are made and contact me for further clarification at [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello and good day! I am a loyal Priceline customer and I have some concerns regarding my upcoming trip on January 25, [redacted], to Victoria, British Columbia. I have already booked a hotel through an express deal and round-trip flights with Alaska Airlines. The trip details are as follows: Flight Booking #: FRTHHZU - Alaska Airlines Hotel Booking #: [redacted]10 - Best Western Carlton Centre Victoria I am hoping to make changes to my booking, potentially swapping it for something else. I am willing to make an additional purchase on top of this as I greatly value Priceline's services. I understand that express deals may typically not be cancelled or modified, but I hope an exception can be made in my case.

August 14, [redacted] Chuck McCammon [redacted] El Cajon Drive El Paso, Texas [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Email: feelsafer2472gmail.com Recently, Priceline has been sending promotional offers to my email that I cannot respond to. I am reaching out for the second time regarding a $[redacted].18 hotel reservation charge on my US Airways Mastercard with the ending digits # [redacted]. In the past, I tried to contact Priceline about a reservation I didn't make, but I never received assistance. Despite recalling a conversation where a representative assured me the incorrect reservation would not be billed, I was still charged in May [redacted]. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Priceline by phone or email to resolve this matter. Their requirement to enter a specific phone number linked to a reservation to speak with a representative is frustrating and unproductive. I am dissatisfied with Priceline's lack of customer service accessibility and am considering legal action due to the unresolved charge. Sincerely, Chuck McCammon

I made a reservation at the Wyndham Garden Boise Airport for August 12 to check out on Friday, August 16. The total cost was over $[redacted], paid online with a Visa. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged a $30 fee late at night with tired children. The hotel is poorly maintained. I got bitten several times on my legs the first night. A baseball team's stay led to repeated sexual harassment incidents when I left the room, even with my husband. I've observed a prostitute loitering outside the hotel daily, which I believe is linked to the harassment. Feeling uncomfortable leaving the room with my children, I addressed the situation with the manager, Jay Patil. He witnessed the woman soliciting outside and advised me to seek a refund from Priceline. We have two more nights and hope for some compensation for this disconcerting stay. My name is Allison Claxton.

On June 18, I made a reservation with Priceline.com for a hotel using reservation number [redacted]0. Upon arrival, the hotel had computer system issues due to a software update, resulting in me being charged $91 instead of the agreed $75. Priceline.com confirmed they did not receive any payment from the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to contact Priceline.com, through four phone calls and five emails to different addresses, the issue remains unresolved. Assistance in rectifying this billing discrepancy is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael S.

A charge of $[redacted].81 has been posted to the government travel card of JAMES SUMPTER. The charge was from February [redacted], and we have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund. The hotel, Gaylord National Resort, managed by Tim Moyer at [redacted], has confirmed the cancellation, but Priceline has yet to issue the refund. It has been challenging to reach a person at Priceline as all attempted numbers led to an automated system. I am pleading with Priceline to contact me at [redacted] (government representative) or preferably reach out to the hotel manager, Tim Moyer, at [redacted] to verify the cancellation so Priceline can remove this charge from the government account. Please, we need assistance, as contacting a live person seems impossible regardless of the number dialed.

I had a car reservation with Hertz for a compact car, but I couldn't use it because my credit card didn't have enough balance for the security deposit, and they didn't accept my debit card. Thankfully, Thrifty came through by not only matching Priceline's "SUPER" deal but also upgrading me to a full-sized car when I used my debit card. I'm currently struggling to get a refund from Priceline after canceling the car rental due to company conflicts. To complicate matters, there was an accounting error on another reservation for a hotel and car rental with Priceline. Even after canceling the car rental, they initially captured the funds, which mysteriously disappeared, only to charge me later on. Although they refunded me for the hotel stay, it took them some time to correct the mistake and charge me appropriately. I believe that if Priceline rectified their error with the hotel charges, they should also address the issue with the Hertz car rental refund promptly. Jenmifer B., Greenwood, IN

I am requesting a refund for our recent stay at Moosehead in Rangely. My partner and I traveled from Utah and arrived at the property at 10:45 pm, before the 11:30 pm check-in time listed on our reservation. Unfortunately, the property was closed and no staff were available. We tried calling the manager's number provided, but it was off. Feeling stranded, we had to find another accommodation at midnight due to the situation. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of service and the condition of the property. We have no intention of staying at Moosehead again. I respectfully ask for a refund due to the incorrect information on the reservation that led to this inconvenience. If I do not receive a refund promptly, I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Thank you.

I made travel arrangements through Priceline to attend my son's boot camp graduation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, his graduation date has changed. I tried to modify my reservations by contacting Priceline, but they could only cancel my hotel booking and not my car rental. Despite National Car Rental not charging Priceline if a car is not picked up, Priceline informed me they couldn't help. Feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer, I believe I'm paying for a service I won't use, and Priceline won't incur any charges. I would like Priceline to adjust my car reservation to the new date, or if not possible, cancel it since they won't be charged. I hope to receive assistance to resolve this issue promptly. It's disappointing that customer service agents couldn't provide a corporate phone number for urgent matters, making the situation more challenging.

I have a case number, [redacted]07, linked to my reservation. The trip number is [redacted]7 and the confirmation number is [redacted]90. Initially, I booked a one-night stay at the Hyatt in San Diego for August 17-18. Despite my efforts, the reservation date was altered, leading to confusion and frustration during the booking process. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I reached out to the reservation desk at PL for assistance and received the name Johann and a specific case number. The total charges discussed with Johann amounted to $[redacted].13. However, contacting the Hyatt directly proved to be challenging as the provided phone line was consistently busy. The ordeal continued at the hotel, with delays causing my reservation to nearly double in cost to $[redacted].73, including unexpected resort fees. The service received during check-in was disappointing, and the lack of communication and transparency from the reservation staff, specifically Jackie or Jaclyn, added to the negative experience. Overall, the unpredicted expenses and communication issues have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my stay.
