We had an unexpected death in the family during a layover on a flight booked through Priceline. I called and was passed around to * different people before being told to email a specific email. It's been a week with no response. I would like at least a partial refund because it was a close family member who passed. I have a death certificate for the deceased (which is all that is required by Delta for a refund).
GetHuman-marymbie did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
