To whom this may concern I am responding back from my thank you note from price line *My stay at that establishment was not anything as I expected. Those pictures of the intended rooms that a customer reserve are not recent and Baymont need some serious remodeling and upgrade. The guest services kept trying to accommodate the necessary needs of the room instead of just switching me to another room. The electrical outlets didn't work on one side of the room.*I asked could I speak to someone concerning my complaints but was told that since I pre pay and went though a third party I had to speak with them.
