i booked a flight on priceline. my connecting flight was cancelled. i was then stuck in belgium for two days and missed * whole days of my already short vacation time with my family. i booked this ticket to be able to be home with my family for a few days and due to this flight disaster i missed two all important days and the whole trip was almost not worth it. i also was forced to use my phone in belgium which costs a lot for roaming fees. i wish to be compensated by priceline for all the heartache involved. they are known to have great customer service and i am expecting to be well taken care of. i hope to be compensated for the annoyance, as well as reimbursed for the price of my flight ($****) and for the phone costs. The way this issue can be resolved is if priceline would reimburse me for the price of the ticket ($****), and also give me some compensation for the heartache caused, as well as for the overage charges for my phone
I only booked this ticket in order to spend time with my family, and because I missed these * days due to the cancelled flight it made the whole trip not worth it and I therefore wish to be reimbursed

I've been a customer of priceline, and I have heard that priceline has great customer service and I really hope they don't let me down. I also have a lot of family members who are priceine customers and ate really hoping that priceline can show that they truly have amazing customer service
