The issue in GetHuman-halobudd's own words
I booked a reservation online for a hotel. I get there and there are no rooms. I request a cancellation and they tell me I need to wait for a manager. I call Priceline and they call the hotel and they tell me I need to wait for the manager. They say they will call me back and never do. I’ve called * times within the last week with no resolution. I just want my money back because I didn’t stay there.
GetHuman-halobudd did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
