I recently got charged for an Unlimited Membership bill, and I was wondering if I am able to get a refund. To be completely honest, I never use post-mates and decided to after a sudden craving of Chick-Fil-A. I currently attend San Diego State University, and I'm a great example of your typical broke college student. With that said, I did the free trial in order to get free delivery because my expenses are already so limited. With everything going on with my life, it flew past my head to cancel my subscription. Now, I am unable to pay for a textbook because of this great loss and money is already a big issue*barrier in college. I do not plan on using continually using Postmates to the point that I need this membership. I read on the website that Postmates, as a company, doesn't do refund unless determined otherwise. I am willing to switch over to a monthly and get billed for $** instead, and cancel my subscription afterwards. Please, I cannot afford losing this much money especially at such a costly time of my life. My phone number is (***)-***-**** just in case the company would like to call me about my situation. Thank you for your time and hope you consider the circumstances.
