Fine. Didn’t get my help email last night, and I’m still being charged for an order that was never made. I’m pissed. Here’s some of a what I just sent to the Stray Dog. Please fix this ASAP, and*or I’d like my unlimited membership refunded because I’m disgruntled enough. This threw off my whole night last night, when I just wouldn’t have ordered if Stray Dog was marked as unavailable. Fix your **** with them. Bad business my dudes.**“I really loved this place when it was the Bulldog NE.**Last night, I placed a pickup order (**** for Dex) through Postmates to save some time. I’ve now put over an hour into contacting their support, & still can’t see whether I’m getting a refund for over $** worth of food I didn’t get. Now I honestly don’t want to visit the restaurant or order from it ever again and I’m thinking of taking it to online reviews. A shame because I’ve always recommended the spot for vegan options - but not if I’m out money for no reason.**After ordering around *:** pm, I received the text in my first attached image. I received nothing else, but when I arrived at the restaurant ** minutes later I noted the Postmates app already prompting me to rate the order. No other notification was sent, so I walked in to an order unprepared and was told at the host desk “Oh, we turned off that tablet because we had a bunch of pickup orders.” Well, I PAID for my pickup order, have a girlfriend who couldn’t wait any longer (that’s why we ordered in advance) and I was offered nothing but a longer wait to make my order. **That’s some terrible business, especially if staff have no idea that people are getting charged for orders and they haven’t done their due diligence with Postmates to A. Stop working with PM or B. Actually know how to stop taking orders so people don’t get disgruntled. Here I am spending more time writing an email at * AM. FIGURE OUT YOR POSTMATES **** PLEASE! That was entirely unacceptable last night, I’m pissed to spend so much time trying to get my money back.**I hope you didn’t have this happen to a bunch of other people who placed pickup orders and paid for them last night. Please, tell me how this isn’t going to happen to other people.”**I should have gotten a cancellation notification. Or the location shouldn’t have been accepting orders.
