I placed an order at *:**pm. Delivery expected for *:**pm. The order was picked up by a driver Brandi. According to the map you provide she drove to the major street right outside my residence (with the food). I record multiple automated texts saying she will be arriving soon. Also a text that said she is outside and to collect my order. There was no one outside and the map said she had began to drive away from the house. After about ** minutes i received another text saying she had an emergency and had canceled the order. This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand emergencies come up, however, she was less than * minute away from my residence and also had my food wth her. We waited for over an hour before she cancelled. At this point, it is looking like she just paid for our food with YOUR company’s card, then took it for herself. Whatever the case this, is unacceptable behavior and atrocious customer service. I called the restaurant and they confirmed she had indeed picked up the order an hour prior. This is not only an issue for me but if you have an employee that is using your company card to get free meals for themselves, I believe you should be aware. I look forward to hearing back to resolve this matter.
