My sons is * with aspergers. He went through and downloaded apps and subscribed to a few due to his lack of understanding what that meant. One of which was postmates unlimited. I did not know he subscribed to this (i dont use postmates often so I did not see this in my app, as well as I did not get an email confirming this purchase either, nor does it show in my in apps subscriptions through google play, in which I went through the other day because I found out he had subscribed to a couple others as well). I just went through your refund policy and it states that if the payment goes through, there is no redund. Is there any exceptions to this clause? I need to be refunded, as I cannot afford this almost ***.** loss.
