I think I already sent a message but maybe this way is faster. Our postmates is sitting in his car, according to the app, right in front of the restaurant (shake shack) that he picked up our food from. Because he already picked it up, the app will not let us cancel the order- it says we have to pay for the order in full. Our order is now very late and we have messaged him but he claims he’s waiting for someone to come pick up an order. He is telling us to cancel, however again, it says we will get fully charged and me left with no food. At this rate, by the time our food arrives it will be cold and disgusting. Please help me to just cancel the order and not be charged. The driver is not being helpful and I am not going to pay for food that isn’t here or that shows up hours later cold and gross.
