Hello, my name is Amber Miller and I am a manager at Brickhouse Tavern and Tap in Plano. I wanted to reach out and let you know how truly AWFUL your service is. Tonight was the *rd postmates order we have received, and the *rd time payment was declined. Tonight, however, your poor driver spent over an hour in my restaurant simply trying to have funds added to his card. Now, while he was attempting to have funds added to his card, the customer called my restaurant * times to check the status of his order. This gentleman was from out of town, staying at a hotel, no vehicle, did some googling and came across your service. When I explained what a fiasco it was and all of the issues we were having, he tried to cancel the order. Your app would not let him cancel the order without charging him. *So, there is NO customer service that I (as a merchant) can call, NO customer service which your courier can call, and NO customer service that your very own customer can call. Is that part of your business plan? Just give incredibly crappy service and have no way for a real human to be contacted with issues? *When I tried to send a complaint via your website, I was unable to, or at least not without hassle, without being able to "sign in" to an account that not only do I not have, that I want NO PART OF. **In the end, I simply GAVE the food to the driver without receiving payment. Your poor customer was simply trying to eat, it certainly wasn't his fault. Again, is this your business model?? Deliver incredibly crappy service, order from restaurants with kind people running them, essentially SCAM both your customers AND restaurants out of money, and pocket the costs for yourselves? *I simply CANNOT believe that there is no way for a customer, merchant, or your very own driver to contact you.*Just so you are aware, during this whole fiasco, I was in my office googling, on your website, doing any and everything possible to try and help your driver reach you. Yes, we followed EVERY direction both on your website and in the app. We FINALLY received an email that someone would be contacting the driver within * minutes. Spoiler alert!!! No one ever contacted the driver.*Your service is BEYOND reprehensible, and I absolutely would NOT recommend it to ANYONE, EVER!!!!!!
