I was a driver with Postmates up until the **th of last month, when my account was deactivated. It's not my current intent to contest the deactivation, no matter how poorly it has affected me, but on the **th I was promised payout of my remaining earned wages, which I have still never received. I know that the app displayed "issues" with my payment methods prior to it being deactivated (both the card and the bank account), but it seemed to me that those issues were induced intentionally by Postmates in preparation for the deactivation as there was no actual issue with either existing payment method. Is there any additional information you need from me so that I can receive the wages owed? I haven't been sent any inquiries related to missing information preventing payouts. When will I receive the earnings that are being withheld?
