Karen kuhn placed the order on the app on October **th I like the app because I had a lot more options than I'm used to everything went fine the paint was accepted the address to put in perfectly an hour later I received a text saying I'm order cannot be delivered I don't understand the word cannot if it couldn't know why was the information accepted I was told I would not be charged but yet I was **.** it says POS authorization **-day hold after I was told I would not be charged doing notification I have received this that usually would get a return within a few days and that's because I read the information under the policies of the website yet I've had no refund I feel like I've been robbed and I need my money back in full refund as soon as possible for my son last four numbers of ****
