I ordered a large order of burritos for myself and my coworkers (* burritos totalling about $**, tax and delivery charge included). I collected the money from my coworkers and fronted the charge on my credit card (this was done through my friend’s postmates account). When the delivery man finally showed up, he left the order with my coworker even though I told my coworker to ask him to wait for about ** seconds so I could tip him and check the order, but he just left. He didn’t deliver the proper order—there were only * burritos and they weren’t the right type. I had to give my coworkers their money back because no one received what they ordered. Now I still have a charge on my account for a messed up order. I don’t care if I never have to use Postmates again, but I would like my money back. It is very frustrating that there is no number to call, so I am hoping that this can be rectified via e-mail in a timely manner because I have other bills I need to pay for.
