Help with my Postmates.com issue

Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-mikewaga will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Michael Danso************M*****@***.com*I delivered to this address **** Rosecommon Dr NW, Norcross, GA ***** last night and when I later realized I had mistakenly paid with my debit card I went back to collect the order receipt from the customer I delivered to and he gave it to me and said he’s sorry for my inconvenience and the he hopes I figure it out and get a refund I went back to the chipotle and buy the card didn’t work since the order was already completed after I sent you guys a report of my issue I saw he had reported me that I didn’t deliver his food but I did and now you guy have deactivated my account for an issue I lost money in but delivered my order if you guys need more eveidence I can go to the chipotle to prove the incident did happen and the customer did get his food please call Ben if you people won’t reimburse my personal money deactivate my account so I can at least work for the money I lost out on I have added the receipt I went back for from the customer last night with the card I used as proof they did get their delivery or why else would I want to pay for an order that’s not mine I am very disappointed in you people’s lack of investigation I know you might be going with the whole the customer is always right rule but in the case the customer is lying and you should investigate further more even contact the chipotle restaurant for verification please do a better job investigating
