I am a postmates driver. I just had a delivery for Renee Wiles. I arrived at Jersey Mike’s in Otay Ranch Chula Vista Ca and the workers said she cancelled but she didn’t cancel in the app! I called her and asked what was going on and she said she didn’t have time to cancel. I was trying to go to another delivery but the app didn’t let me. I tried everything but the only way to get out of the delivery was for me to cancel? Like I was the culprit? I kindly called her back and asked for her to cancel and she replied she’s not paying the cancellation fee! There is no way for me to continue working until I had to cancel like it was my fault! This took ** mins of my life and it looks like it’s my fault! How can we fix this issue? I drove all the way to this establishment only for me to waste gas and time for nothing? Definitely need help ASAP
