Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman1338100 will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I will lay out again what happened with this order:***) I ordered from Dona Bessy Pupuseria through Postmates on ****. I used my coworker’s Postmates account (Katie Turner) and my American University corporate credit card x**** for the order.* **) The Postmates delivery person called me because his credit card did not have enough money for the order. He said he would ONLY put the delivery charge, tax, and tip on his credit card (the Postmates card which is later billed to me). He took my credit card information to give the restaurant. The restaurant charges me $***.**. Postmates charges me $***.** for delivery charge and tax. Postmates charges me $**.** for tip.* **) EVERTHING WAS FINE. WE WERE NOT OVERCHARGED OR UNDERCHARGED. ALL WAS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD.* **) Katie emails Postmates “Support” (lol) to receive a receipt for the order. This is where the nightmare and headaches began! ALL WE NEEDED WAS A RECEIPT.* **) Postmates support decides to refund us the entire order amount for no apparent reason when sending us the receipt. We are refunded the entire order amount.* **) Postmates decides to mess up even further. For some unknown reason, Postmates thinks we have been undercharged. Postmates charges my Visa credit card $****.** WITH NO WARNING AND NO EXPLANATION.* **) I assume someone at Dona Bessy restaurant has stolen our credit card information and is making huge charges. I contact Postmates “Support”. Postmates at this point has stolen*overcharged us by $***.**. * **- Postmates tell me that Katie needs to email them as well (since we ordered from her phone). ***) Katie emails Postmates support. ****) Tolanda J. at Postmates responds to Katie’s email (which Timothy J. at Postmates told her to send) and says “it’s ** hours after the order so we can’t process a refund.” THIS IS RIDICIULOUS. * **) I regret ever contacting Postmates “Support” because it has caused a HUGE pain for myself, my coworker, my program at American University, my accountant, and my bank. All I needed was a receipt! Instead, Postmates has royally messed up and overcharged me an obscene amount. ****) Please help me get the refund owed to me of $***.**.
