Trying to get a response as to the ineptitude of the delivery. ... I had an insufficient order where I did not get all the food I wanted and wanted a partial refund. I was told I would be contacted by postmates after filing a report but I was NEVER contacted and the issue was listed as "resolved". I recently had another issue where my delivery was so late that my food was ice cold and the driver blamed it on my apartment not having enough signs and was upset that I was not able to walk around the complex trying to find her. Again, this issue has been stated as "resolved" yet I still have not heard a single thing from postmates. I honestly wanted a full refund for that order because it was so disappointing and really upset me to have another issue when my previous one was clearly being ignored. At this point I truly just want my money back for both orders so I can delete the application and use a different service because as a customer I feel that I have been ignored and that is the worst way to feel when I am using a business.
This was especially frustrating because as a customer it helps to be heard when things go wrong and it shows that this issue has been resolved when I haven't even been contacted once.
They could make things right by refunding me for the orders that had issues.
I have tried filing reports and telling postmantes there has been an issue. They have no customer service and do not let you file reports more than once.
