Hi Postmates Team,**I woke up this morning and found out that my account was deactivated after doing some deliveries at midnight. Postmates was my hope to help me pay my school tuition fees. My hope currently begin to dwindle as there are a lot of concerns about my rating.**I am a dedicated worker who can serve our customers. You should not base your judgment on customers only while neglecting your fleet working members. No body is perfect but all my deliveries were in accordance and in line with the Postmates policies .**Some customers may judge you on shape, color and your ethnic background as some usually do so. All I was doing I was very polite and only mind of my job.**The only problem I know is my GPS accuracy which I am working on changing the phone. I have already ordered one and will be available tomorrow.**Please, accept my apologies if anything wasn’t good enough, but I knew what I did was what the customer service is all about.**Kindly, I would like to discuss it in person if necessary.**Regards *G.
