Help with my Postmates.com issue

Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-laniclar will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-laniclar can let us know if they help or not.
The issue in GetHuman-laniclar's own words
I need to be reimbursed for this overcharge. ... I was charged $**.** by postmates for food I ordered delivered to my house last week from Silk Road in New Orleans, LA. On Friday, June ** I ordered:** order of samosas- $*.**,** order roast chicken breast-$**,** order Indian red curry- $**, and * order butter chicken. My husband was dissatisfied with the butter chicken (no tomato base used, boiled chicken used, not at all "butter chicken") and returned it to the restaurant immediately. Silk Road agreed to subtract this from the total. The meal total should have been $**.** with an additional charge for delivery. It doesn't seem possible that the delivery charge was $** (?!).
