I'm REALLY concerned. I've organized a Meal Train for friends to send restaurant meals to a friend who's had a heart attack. I suggested that the parti****nts use PostMates for the deliveries. The first person booked their delivery days before, got a confirmation, then tonight (the supposed delivery night) at the delivery time, she got an email from PostMates saying only this: 'order cannot be completed, you will not be charged.' And this was right at delivery time. No notice. I believe your company is going to the dogs. I have a delivery slated for the same friend tomorrow night and am now worried you won't deliver that one either. What can I do to make sure you make good on your confirmation of my delivery????
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
