Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-cutierm will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Order food ... My account is under my alternate email *****@***.com but att is not working currently. I ordered food from postmates $**.** then it was redeposited then taken day later my account was negative and got charged * NSF fees. I had to cover that amount myself for your delayed withdraw. I will like to be reimbursed for my NSF bank fees because of your withdraw and maybe credit to my next order which is always very often with you guys at postmates.
Didn’t know it would take money put it back and take it again for whatever reason.
Refund and covering the NSF fees from my account hitting negative for the first time ever.
I’ve been a customer for years and this has never happened now all of a sudden it did.
Contacting them before with email.
