Dear Postmates:*My name is Elisamuel Ocasio. I am a Postmates Fleet Delivery Personnel for your company. Yesterday Evening (*******) the Postmates Fleet App was having several complications throughout my route (Blank Screen, Freeze ups, etc.) During one of my pick ups* there was an issue paying for an order. The issue occurred at Scalinatella Restaurant(*** East **th Street New York, NY *****). After * attempts made to pay for the order (I was told the transaction couldn't go thru with the postmates Credit Card ending in **** because not enough funds were available.) Because I wanted to resolve the issue at hand* I paid for the order with my personal Debit Card (I've included attachment(s) of the receipt and of my Visa debit card which ends in **** and that number, ****, will be noted on the receipt as well.) I also kept the customer copy receipt as proof. Postmates will be able to verify that one of my delivery pick up orders was at Scalinatella Restaurant. The total reimbursement I am seeking is $***.**. If any more proof is required of me to forward to Postmates so that I can be reimbursed, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you
