My order was never delivered. I ordered from cold stone creamery in Venice, CA last evening and the driver (Antonio) never arrived and I had been texting him (since delivery took over ** minutes) he said it was too complicated and he was going to cancel the order. *Now the postmates app is waiting for me to leave a tip saying the delivery was successful but I was screenshotting his car on the map and I have messages from him saying he cannot find the entrance and he was going to cancel the order, which clearly never happened. I am extremely frustrated with his dishonesty. *I also filed a report last night and was told I would receive an email from postmates to follow up and the morning it said the issue had been resolved, which is not true whatsoever. **I have screenshots of his car on the postmates app with time stamps, as well as screenshotted messages showing that he did not show up and gave up after almost ** minutes of me waiting outside to try and help him and then the map showed him driving off and he texted me that he was going to cancel my order but never did. **If someone from customer service could please message me back I would hate to leave a horrible postmates experience online since so many of my friends use your services as well. This is the first big problem I’ve had with postmates but so far I’m frustrated with the customer services. I tried to report and get help last night and no one got back to me. **Please let me know who I should email screenshots too. I do not support fraudulent behavior on the drivers’ end and I do not approve the charge of over $**.** for ice cream that was literally never delivered..... and the driver texted me saying he was canceling.... **Thank you.
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
