April **,**** I am a restaurant owner, Mexico Lindo who had a postmate representative come into the restaurant at *:**pm on Wednesday **** and placed an order for a customer. She went back and forth with her customer and finally gave us the order. She was told it would be ** minutes for the order to be ready. She left and has not returned, no call either. The order has been waiting for over an hour to be picked up. They left no contact information or name. Postmates does not have a customer support number so I have no one to contact about this issue. The bigger problem is that Postmates misrepresents my business by delivering food that is now cold. How can they really provide any customer service if there is no follow up. I would like a way to be able to contact the customers without postmates involvement. I would like a postmates customer support to contact me.**Phone ***-***-**** ask for manager MEXICO Lindo NYC
