I bought a purse from a seller on Poshmark. I knew, in my heart, that Poshmark stood by their policies that if the product is damaged or not as described, they would take the item back. I followed their guidelines to a T! Even uploading multiple photos of the bag as well as my conversation with the seller. Then Poshmark denied my return claim. I'm appalled. $*** for a damaged bag?! How could they stand behind that?!
