Most Poshmark sellers ship their orders within a few days from purchase. Other times, it may take longer but customers can cancel the order if the item isn't shipped within seven days. For orders over $500, your orders are shipped to the headquarters first for the Posh Authenticate service (offered for free), to verify the authenticity of the luxury handbags and other premium items, before they're shipped. Poshmark customers usually receive their orders within 1-2 weeks, if there are no other delays. If you purchased items from Poshmark and want to track thm, use the guide below.
Enter the email address associated with your account and your password. You may also log in with your Google, Facebook or Apple, whichever account was used for purchasing the item you want to track.
You can find this in your Profile menu. Click My Purchases and tap on the order you want to track.
You can check the order status by clicking on the item you want to track.
All Poshmark customers have Posh Protect. If the order doesn't get delivered or gets lost in transit, you can get a refund for the item's purchased. If the seller still hasn't shipped the order within seven days, you can cancel the order by selecting it in My Purchases and tapping Problems/Order Inquiry. You can tap on Delayed Order to cancel the order.
Orders that aren't shipped within 21 days are also automatically canceled.
Poshmark customers also have the option to expedite their orders via the United States Postal Service. For non-electronic devices, you can select Priority Mail and get the orders within 1-3 business days. For orders that contain electronics, you can choose USPS Ground Advantage and get the item in 2-5 business days. Do note that other factors can affect USPS shipment.
