I was playing Pok*mon go yesterday sept **, **** and it seemed to lag and glitch at times. I’d have to clear the screen off my phone and reopen the app. It took a while to reopen and get back into the game. The last time it did this it kicked me it entirely. I was at the garden of eden truck stop. I clicked to log back in and it asked if I wanted to go through Facebook. I said yes and when the screen popped up to continue authenticating it asked if I wanted to continue as a different person. My Facebook is the only one on my phone so I’m not sure how*why any app would ask if I wanted to do*continue as anyone but me. I clicked no. Since then no matter what I do*try*type in it tells me I can’t be authenticated. I put in my emai addy, my player name, etc and I just get unable to authenticate make sure you’ve entered the correct information and clicked on the correct return*new player. During some of the lagging*glitching “network error” would pop up now and then. It did the same stuff to my daughter and gdaughters games. They are still in Pok*mon go and doing ok as far as I know. After trying to get signed back in to Pok*mon today and still getting the runaround mess I decided to delete the whole thing off and see if that helped. I tried signing in and I still get the unable to authenticate stuff. So I tried new player. When I went to choose my player name it says it’s not available which is correct cuz it’s MY player name I already have. The system won’t recognize my email addy, player name, bday, etc. It isn’t keeps saying unable to authenticate, make sure the name*Acct is active, etc etc etc. Could someone please help me get my Acct back and working so that I may continue to play Pok*mon go and have fun with my kids*gkids*friends*family*etc? The email used is *****@***.com my real name Phoebe Tilley my player name is PurplePigMama**. My first Buddy was the big snail, then bulbasoar and now it’s camulrupt. I only had * people as my friends for a bit until the other day. A task came up to make new friends. I went on some Pok*mon go friend pages and shared my number **** **** **** and got some new friends. I’m level ** with ***,***. If I’m able to attach pictures to this I will. Otherwise it’ll just have to be words. I really hope someone can help figure out what happened and how to get my Acct back ASAP and working properly.
