During past Pokemon Go Community Days, I usually have great luck encountering shiny Pokemon. However, during the recent Eevee Community Day, my experience was disappointing. Despite playing for three hours on Saturday and catching around [redacted] Eevees, I only managed to find one shiny Eevee. This was frustrating considering Eevee has multiple evolutions. The following day, I continued to catch Eevees but still had no luck finding shiny ones. I'm wondering if this is a glitch or if others faced the same issue. I have participated in previous Community Days and usually encounter numerous shiny Pokemon, so this discrepancy was disheartening. My in-game name is @MisterMorales94 if anyone would like to see the singular shiny Eevee I managed to catch during the event.

I have been playing Pokémon GO since the second day after its launch, and was an avid player for several months. I had acquired specific items such as a 'Metal Coat' and a 'King's Rock,' along with specific Pokémon like 'Larvitar' and 'Dratini,' which were very important to me. After taking a break for about a year and a half, I recently resumed playing and noticed that much of my previously acquired content has been deleted or lost in the game. I am concerned about these losses and would like to know if there is any way to compensate for them. I worked hard for these items and even spent money searching for them. As a dedicated fan, these setbacks have been frustrating for me in gameplay. I hope we can address this issue promptly and effectively. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the field research in capturing Raikou in Pokémon GO. After meeting all the research requirements, I ran out of Pokéballs right before catching Raikou. Upon returning with more Pokéballs, I encountered a blank screen when trying to claim the reward. The music plays, and I can hear the capture sound effects; however, the screen remains unresponsive. I am unable to go back to the previous screen or progress further. Restarting the app is currently my only solution. I am eager to catch Raikou and would appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you for your help!

When the game was first released, I created an account. I took a break for a while, and during that time, they introduced updates allowing logins through Google and Facebook. Now, I am unsure how to access my account since it wasn't linked to either of those options. I attempted logging in through the Pokémon Trainer Club, but it didn't recognize my account. However, when I tried using my old username "ArcticCat13," it said it was already in use, most likely by my old account. I believe my account still exists and I'm hoping there is a way to recover it. I initially set up Pokemon Go for my grandson using the screen name Yellowman2012. Surprisingly, he's really taken to the game and has reached level 20. Unfortunately, I can't recall the username, password, or the email linked to his account. It's causing him a lot of distress as he'd have to restart from scratch. For a year, I've faced issues connecting my phone to Pokemon Gotcha. Initially, it was intermittent, but soon it stopped connecting at all. I attempted various troubleshooting steps such as disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, restarting the game, and even plugging it into the charger multiple times. Sometimes it would work sporadically, seemingly affected by poor reception. Despite switching to my Dad's watch, the problem persisted, although his phone had no trouble connecting to my watch.
I believe there may have been problematic game updates causing these issues. Ultimately, I stopped using the device and eventually quit playing the game altogether. It would be beneficial if a specific Android app for Go was developed, and a refund in Pokemon coins was offered to Gotcha users to address these persistent connection issues.

My field research is stuck. I have reported this problem multiple times. While trying to catch a Raikou, I fed it a berry, but it kept escaping. The app closed on me while I was distracted. Since then, I haven't been able to finish my field research, and now I can't even claim my daily task rewards because it says I need to claim my field research first. I can't even get my special rewards from mythical tasks because of this issue. When I click on it, I just see a blank screen and have to reload the app. I've tried signing out, redownloading, updating, and clearing my browsing history, but nothing has worked. I'm frustrated because this is blocking me from progressing in the game and catching mythical Pokémon. It's already been more than a week, and I've had no luck reaching out to Niantic or any Pokémon GO support.

I have noticed that my Pokemon Go account gets banned every week since July. I am not sure if this is linked to my recent trip to Barcelona. Despite changing my password multiple times, I continue to receive warning messages every 7 days, although the game works fine on the first day. Due to this, I have had to cancel my summer plans, which revolved around playing Pokemon Go. Is there a way to resolve this recurring ban issue so that I can continue playing without interruptions? I have dedicated a significant amount of time and money to this game, and it's frustrating that I am unable to enjoy it fully now.

After investing three days into obtaining a nearly perfect Eevee to evolve into Espeon, I was shocked to see it evolve into Vaporeon this morning. As an Eevee enthusiast who has evolved multiple Espeon and Umbreon since [redacted], this was a disappointing outcome. I feel frustrated and cheated out of the evolution I had been anticipating. Please address this issue promptly. I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort into this Eevee, and I request that you correct it back to the Espeon evolution or provide me with another high-quality Eevee to try again. There is a gym located across the street from my house that has become a source of concern for me. Late at night, individuals are parking in front of my house and lingering around the area, presumably to train. As a young woman, I feel uneasy arriving home alone and encountering unfamiliar people near my residence, particularly men. When I have attempted to address the situation by asking them to leave or inquiring about their presence, I have been met with impolite responses. I believe that having this gym in such close proximity compromises my sense of safety at home. It is worth mentioning that the gym is situated near a historical landmark. I am considering contacting the relevant organization to address this issue, as it appears to be the most viable course of action provided on the request page. I hope that my concerns as a resident impacted by this situation will be duly considered, and the necessary steps will be taken to address the matter.

I signed up for Pokémon GO with my work email by mistake. Ever since, I have been experiencing issues making in-game purchases. Initially, I couldn't buy items, but later was able to do so after linking my PayPal to Google. Recently, my workplace tightened security restrictions, preventing any purchases. After talking to our tech support, I learned there used to be a loophole allowing purchases on any account. Unfortunately, it seems there is no longer a way to make purchases using my current email. Even after trying to switch to Facebook login, I still face the same problem. I attempted to use a Google Play card as an alternative, but that didn't work either. Hello,
I am experiencing difficulty evolving my Eevee into an Espeon for a special mission for the second time. This task is the final step before progressing to the next stage. Despite walking 10 kilometers with my Eevee, attempting to evolve it at 7 a.m., it evolved into an Umbreon. I tried again today around 11 a.m. after another 10-kilometer walk, only to have it evolve into a Vaporeon. I am questioning my understanding of what "daytime" means in the game.
This repeated failed attempt is frustrating and consuming my time. Due to work commitments during the week, I can only try this on weekends, making it even more frustrating to progress. If this issue persists, I might consider discontinuing playing altogether.

Hello, my username is fallenjaguar. I recently bought an event gift box with three super incubators. I used them twice, but after the second use, they disappeared, and I couldn't use them a third time. I paid for this with cash, so I am quite upset about it. This has happened once before a month or two ago, but I did not make a big deal out of it then. However, with the double stardust event currently happening, I am hesitant to purchase them again. I was hoping for some assistance with either reimbursement for the three super incubators or having at least one more use per incubator. Hello, I'm Jason. I wanted to discuss the new event that was released today regarding guaranteed stronger lucky trades. I recently returned to the game about three weeks ago and have some Pokémon from July and August [redacted]. However, I reached my 10 lucky Pokémon limit this past Labor Day weekend. Missing out on events like the water event for Feebas, the Tyranitar event for a strong shiny Tyranitar, the blast burn shiny Charizard event, the strong Squirtle with sunglasses event, the cute hat Pikachu event, and the shiny Eevee event has been disappointing. The new guaranteed lucky event starting just after I hit my 10 lucky Pokémon limit is disheartening and affecting my motivation to continue playing. I believe I deserve a fair chance and request that Pokémon Go resets my 10 guaranteed stronger and lucky trades for this event so I can trade my [redacted] Pokémon. Today, I participated in around 20 raids for Moltres day. Unfortunately, I only encountered one shiny Moltres, but during the encounter, I faced network errors (2) followed by a message indicating that raid details could not be retrieved (error 30-something). Despite restarting the app several times to resolve the issues, I still encountered problems where I was kicked out after starting the raid battle, being told I had already completed it. While I managed to catch the Pokemon and receive the experience points, the shiny Moltres does not appear in my collection. This disappointing experience, coupled with not obtaining any shiny versions during Zapdos day despite participating in 20 raids then, has left me frustrated with Pokemon Go. I am uncertain about investing any more money in the game under these circumstances.

Yesterday, September 8th, [redacted], I participated in a Moltres raid event from 11 am to 2 pm. I joined a group at 11 am and successfully defeated a Moltres near my home. However, when the Moltres reached 0 health, my game froze and I was unable to continue. I tried restarting the game multiple times without success, receiving a message that my account did not exist. Upon returning home, my boyfriend was able to log into my account from his phone and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, due to this technical problem, I missed the event and the chance to catch a Moltres.
While I understand this may seem trivial, it was disappointing for me as it was my first time joining a group for a raid. I have only managed 1-2 level raids on my own before. I kindly request adding one Moltres to my account to make up for missing out on the opportunity. I saw that the first Moltres was not shiny. My account name is ENJOYTHEPOOP.

I encountered two separate issues. Initially, on September 8th, I placed four different Pokémon in distinct gyms. Although all of them exceeded 8 hours, I only received fifty coins for Argon and Snorlax but no coins for Fergalligator (there for over 8 hours) and Exeggutor (there for over two days). My second concern involves trying to evolve my Eevee into Espeon to fulfill a research task. Despite renaming it to Sakura twice and using two Eevee, I ended up with a Vaporeon and a Flareon. I adore this game but feel dismayed about losing fifty Eevee candies and missing out on the expected gym coins. Any assistance you can provide with these matters would be truly appreciated.
