I have had a Pogo account for several years. I always paid $**.** in December. You have now done away with that account, which had my user name tj**nan. You gave me a new user name of henryj*** and put me on monthly billing. I want you to refund the $*.** that you took out, and put me back on yearly billing. In December, you can bill me the $**.**. Also give me back my old user name. Also please change*update my email address. My new email address is *****@***.com.*My phone number is ***-***-****, if you have any questions.
