This morning I opened my "pogo prize drawing results are in" notification, sent to My email address w* My POGO screen name, but it would not take me to the entry page. I am elderly & a longtime member of POGO. I've spent the last few hours trying to get into my account with my longtime screen name, just to play the games I've PAID for. I moved to Arizona from Massachusetts for health reasons & playing POGO is just about my only daily entertainment now. I left my home , family & friends of ** years, so I've got very little else to do. I want my access restored or a refund. What is the point of all these changes. If it's Not broken, why fix it? I used to have a POGO support phone *.. but no longer. I'm sure I am not the only dissatisfied member ready to quit!
