Yesterday, on October 17, [redacted], I spent three hours attempting to update my POGO account to an EA account. The annual subscription fee is deducted from my primary bank account automatically. Although POGO has all my information, I encountered issues. An EA tech suggested a third party might be on my computer and recommended a service for $[redacted]+. I decided to seek assistance elsewhere. Lifelock advised contacting my cable company, who recommended running a Sophos full scan. A "PUA" file was detected during the scan, which I manually removed today on October 18, [redacted]. I am frustrated by this experience. Despite being a loyal POGO customer since [redacted], I've had previous issues with scams. Due to recent security concerns, I wish to have my banking details removed from POGO/EA GAMES and pay future membership fees by money order.

I am having trouble logging in to my Pogo account with my email. Today, I checked my email for a new password and found a confirmation for a password change with someone else's screen name, not mine. The email confirming the password change was sent on June 19.
I received another email on October 17 regarding a password change and reference to an EA account, which I never had. My email was only created in June for Pogo-related activities.
I need your assistance as I have been a long-time member and have invested a lot into my screen name (MysticUnicorn_).
Thank you.

I received an email under someone else's name, not my screen name, which is MysticUnicorn_ on Pogo where I have been a Club Pogo member for years. The email relates to my Club Pogo account but is addressed to another individual, quarrel414. I have never made game purchases on EA, only on Pogo, and now I am locked out of my Pogo account. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue?
Thank you.

I struggled for three hours yesterday trying to convert my POGO account to an EA account, and things have only gotten worse today. A company named MC Help is asking for over a hundred dollars to fix the issue and remove my personal information, after I just paid over thirty dollars for my POGO annual membership. It all seems excessive. I'm considering canceling my current POGO membership and starting fresh, but the chaotic situation has left me unable to use my password or original screen name from [redacted], and there's even an unfamiliar screen name appearing. I feel stuck in this frustrating situation.

When it was my turn to change my EA on Pogo, I faced issues accessing my account. After unsuccessful attempts for 3 days, I sought help from the tech support available on the EA website "Just Answers." I paid $5 for membership and an additional $9 for tech assistance. The tech expert tried to access my Pogo account on my laptop, encountering the same problems I had. Observing the tech create a new Pogo account using my email instead of my username "ctrowan," I realized the mistake and contacted Just Answers for corrections. Despite receiving only a series of emails and phone calls from techs, I eventually got an apology email followed by talking to a supervisor who guided me to a link in my email. However, I am reluctant to reconnect with the same tech. I urge EA to rectify the issue as there is a new Pogo account created with the username [redacted] and password Nevertellalie18, whereas my original password is alwaystellthetruth. I've been a Pogo user since 12-28-07, and Pogo holds significant value in my life. Thank you. - CT Rowan

This is my third attempt to contact someone. It indicates there is a step 2, but it does not appear. Ever since EA changed the password system, I am facing issues. I managed to log in last night after many tries, but today nothing is working. I have tried the "forgot password" option, but it does not accept that password either. This situation is very frustrating, and I would appreciate assistance before considering canceling my Pogo subscription. I have been a member for several years and have always loved it. Please, help me.

Hello, my name is Diane V. I have been a loyal customer of Pogo for many years. Recently, I encountered issues accessing my account and discovered it was breached. I contacted technical support and was informed that 11 individuals had my information. I was then asked to pay $[redacted] to reset my password, which was later lowered to $99 by Mike. I refuse to be extorted for access to my account. I demand a full refund of my yearly subscription and the permanent closure of my account. I insist on a prompt response confirming these actions. Please contact me at [redacted] with the screen name italiapaulina1 for any necessary follow-up. Thank you.

I am a 75-year-old Pogo customer, known as Yankee19619, for 13 years. Despite sending my new password, RogerMaris9, I keep encountering issues logging in due to the old password still appearing. This problem has emerged with the transition to EA, causing frustration. I request a permanent solution or a full refund promptly. Contact me at [redacted]. Dennis Fontana

When I try to access my Pogo games, I am redirected to the sign-in/sign-up page, even though I have already completed that step and have been playing my games without any issues until today, 11/8/[redacted]. Now, when I input my account number and password, it tells me it's wrong or times out. I've tried using different sets of credentials that worked before, but I keep getting the same error message. It's frustrating that they allowed me to access with an old character name and as a free user when I'm actually a club member now. They even confirmed my new password via email when I managed to log in once. This situation is very confusing. I have accumulated gems and over 21,[redacted],[redacted] points under my new username, and I have a cute mini avatar that I adore. Pogo needs to address these issues promptly or compensate me for the loss of progress and time spent reaching my current status.

I am still experiencing issues with my case, and the suggestions provided have not resolved the problem. Despite being prompted to set up a phone call by clicking on a link in an email, the link was not functional. I am unsure how to contact customer service or technical support if the email link does not work when attempting to request a phone call as advised. The email referenced case [redacted]7 and mentioned the need for further discussion over the phone due to potential irregular activity. The message included instructions to click a link to proceed to EA Help for initiating the call, after logging in with my EA Account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the link provided. Kindly assist me in obtaining accurate contact information to address this matter. Using a mac, I have encountered a problem with missing badges from the Mix and Match 13 book, where only 18 out of 20 badges are present. Additionally, some badges appear to be from a different challenge, causing further confusion.

I ordered Battlefield V: Standard Edition for $60. After trying the EA trial, I loved the game and would like to upgrade to the deluxe edition. I don't want to pay full price for the $80 version since I already purchased the standard edition. Is there a way to upgrade my pre-order to the deluxe edition? Thank you for your assistance.

I planned to renew my membership with Club Pogo under the username "kathray22." I believed my email was linked to this username. However, during the upgrade process from Pogo to EA Games, I was asked to log in using my email address. Upon doing so with a new password, the username "greyreyrey" appeared. While I vaguely recall this username, I am unsure why or when I created this account. My partner Kathy and I have consistently used the username "kathray22" on Pogo. I wish for the funds to be on the "kathray22" account, not "greyreyrey." I would appreciate it if the "greyreyrey" account could be closed, funds transferred to "kathray22," and assistance in identifying the email connected to "kathray22." If you are uncertain, feel free to email me for further clarification.

Hi there, I go by the username STARDUST on the Magic forum. I am encountering issues with resetting my password on Club Pogo. When I request a new password to be sent to my email [redacted], I receive it at missouri4me and when I try to reset it, the email claims it was last used in [redacted]. However, I have been using this computer and email since around [redacted], so this must be a mistake. It seems my information has been mixed up with someone else. I am a loyal Club Pogo Member and have been paying for my membership for years. I can't even access the free games as it says I already have an account but I cannot sign in anywhere. I have recently moved from Missouri to Oregon, and my new phone number is [redacted]. My old number in Missouri was [redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I have recently discovered that I have four Pogo accounts, with at least two linked to the same email address, [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to access the EA system to address this issue or to merge the points from the usernames "tyggrly" and "tygs62" into one account due to the accounts being tied to the same email. EA's new login rules have restricted my access, and I am incredibly frustrated as I am locked out of my accounts. I am hoping for assistance in consolidating my points and deleting the accounts "LynnParrs" and "LynPars."

Ever since POGO merged with EA, I have been unable to sign in to my account. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times, the issue persists. I have been facing this problem for weeks now and would like it resolved as soon as possible. If not, I request an extension on my paid subscription or the closure of my account. My POGO user name is TrainingAngel7. I am uncertain if my account was originally set up with my email ([redacted]) or my husband's email ([redacted]). Please respond to the latter email address. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with EA. - Mary M. Z.

Since POGO was combined with EA, I've been unable to log in. Despite trying a temporary password and updating it to a new one, I still can't access my account after weeks of trying. I'm looking to have this issue fixed once and for all, as well as have my subscription extended or close my account if needed. My POGO username is "TrainingAngel7," and I'm unsure if the account was originally linked to my old email (*****@***.com) or my husband's email (*****@***.com). Please use the latter to reach me in response to this matter. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with EA. My name is Mary M. Zakes, and I simply want to log in and enjoy the games I paid for as a Club Member. It would be helpful to have a contact number for assistance.

I have been experiencing continuous issues signing into POGO ever since it merged with EA. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times, I still cannot access my account after weeks of trying. I am seeking a resolution to this problem promptly, along with an extension of my subscription. If the issue persists, I am considering switching to a more user-friendly gaming platform. I recently bought Madden 19 to play a fantasy draft franchise, but I'm unable to sign into my EA account as I forgot the password and can't access the email linked to it. Despite creating a new email associated with the EA account, their support hasn't been helpful. I tried filling out a support form, but they claimed my information was insufficient to assist me. I've spent hours trying to figure this out and even created a new EA account, but I can't use it as my Xbox gamertag is linked to the old email. The lack of support and frustrating customer service experience has been disappointing. My EA case number is [redacted]2, and the old email associated with my gamertag is [redacted], while the new one is [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really want to enjoy the game mode I bought Madden for.

I haven't been on Pogo for at least two years or perhaps a bit longer. I used to be on Club Pogo, but since stopping, I wanted to cancel my account. I couldn't do it because I didn't remember my password and had trouble making any progress. All I'm requesting is that my account is now canceled so I can create a new one. It seems like there have been many changes made to your site.
Thank you very much,
Karen M.

I recently purchased Battlefield V and would like to change my profile name on Origin. Despite attempting to do so, I am prompted with a security question in Russian, which I am unable to answer as I do not speak the language. Concerned that my account may have been compromised since I have not accessed it in approximately five years, I am unsure how to proceed. Could you kindly provide guidance on disabling the security question and updating my Origin name/ID? As EA does not offer email support and calling from Serbia would be costly, I appreciate any assistance you can offer. My login email for Origin is [redacted].
