This is a nightmare on trying to get help through the online chats I would really like to get back into my club membership that I pay thru easports to my pogo games. I have had this account for over ** years and because I cant remember what my email account was ** years ago The support can not help me and that was after an hour and they told me that I needed to go back to support and select restart my account. I did that and they told me to go to a web site which was the EA support and I still cant get any help. I have paid for my membership and I can not play because you are changing some login procedures. I have not been able to play on pogo since your process started. I am very frustrated and upset. Is there any help out there for paying members????? Tonight I got a message that they were compiling my request and that they would have a chat person available and that's been over an hour now when the wait time was * minute. My Pogo name is rvb**
