Thought when I joined I was paying a monthly payment. I just noticed that you took the * months out of my account at once. If I had known that I never would've joined because I knew I couldn't afford that much. I'm in Florida, and just been asked to leave the home of the people I was living with because it is over crowed. Now I have to move back to Texas. I'm only on social security for my income because I can't work do to colon cancer. I have some scripts to buy and I can't afford anything. My insurance will automatically be taken out of my checking account on the first and I will be charged a ** dollar overdraft fee because of this. Please refund my money and cancel my account ASAP. I have to have the money in my account on the *st for my insurance, and I won't get paid until the *rd. Please cancel my account, and refund my money now. I didn't understand that it was going to be taken out all at once or I would've never joined. I knew I couldn't afford anything over the **.** and that was pushing it on my checking account as it was. It was very misleading, and I didn't understand it. I will rejoin later when I move into my apartment in Texas ASA I get one. Which has to be really soon. Please send me a confirmation email that this has been taken care of. I'm stressed enough being told I have to move out with no place to live, and I have to go now ASAP. THIS DOESN'T HELP MATTERS AT ALL. PLEASE HAVE A HEART AND DO THIS FOR ME. I've used your site many times in the past, but it has been years, but I've never been homeless or without money at the time. Also at the time I used it, it was free. Please send me a confirmation email that this matter has promptly been resolved. I'm very sorry for the mix-up and my confusion, but please please understand the situation that I am in right now.
