I've had an account named "are you ready_for me" for many months, perhaps even a year. Today, I tried to log in but couldn't. They are asking me to create a new profile even though I have an existing one as "ruready_forme." My password has been either "andwhynot1" or "andwhynot2." When I attempt to sign in, it prompts me to my email for a reset, but I have not received any email, not even in my spam folder. I couldn't call the provided number as my MetroPCS plan restricts international calls. My phone number is [redacted], and I may not be available due to the time zone difference. I'm three to four hours behind and cannot call back. I just want to access my "are you ready" account again, particularly for a date this Saturday. I was an advocate of Plenty of Fish years ago and would truly appreciate your assistance.

I have been a member of POF for some time and had no issues until now. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in and discovered unfamiliar photos on my profile. I even tried creating a new profile but still can't access it. My usual profile is "youfoundalison" with the incorrect photos. The new one I attempted is "nosila" with the same password "parrfold." I haven't posted anything inappropriate on the site. Can you please help me understand what's going on and assist in resolving this matter so I can continue using the site? Thank you, Alison Wharmby.

I have been using and discontinuing my account on pof intermittently. Initially, I deleted my profile after finding a partner, only to return later. During my second visit, I encountered more scammers and people looking for casual relationships than before. This prompted me to try another dating platform, with the intention of returning to pof later. Upon my third return, I found myself constantly filtering out several scammers daily and receiving numerous hookup requests. I suggest that users be required to submit a photo of themselves holding a sign with the signup date for profile approval. This verification method would help distinguish genuine users from scammers. Hello, my account, JemTx, has been compromised as the password was changed without my knowledge. Despite entering my email address, I am not receiving any emails. I have been a loyal customer for years and never encountered this issue before. I reported this recently but have not heard back from your team. I am unable to re-register successfully as well. I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my two accounts using the same email address. Starting today, I am unable to access either account due to an "incorrect username or password" error, which I find concerning since I am certain the details are correct as I have set them up. It appears I am not alone in facing this problem based on various forums discussing the same issue. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I have not received any emails from your end. I have only two email addresses that I have been using for years, so I am confident there are no mistakes with the addresses provided.

I forgot my POF password and requested it to be sent to my email address, [redacted] Despite using this email to register and receive a confirmation, I haven't received the password from POF yet. It's been over three days now, and I'm still waiting for assistance from POF regarding my forgotten password.

After someone texted me to try a new video chat app, they gained access to my information and hacked my account. Now, I can't reset my password or regain access. This individual even sent me a photo from my own iPhone with my grandchildren, causing me distress. I'm a disabled Vietnam veteran, 71 years old, with [redacted]% PTSD. The email address associated with my Plenty of Fish account has been compromised, and I suspect it's the same one the hacker has. Additionally, I paid for a one-month upgrade, which cost $19.99 or $20.

My username is fiftysomething. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. Someone has hacked into my account, and despite trying to reset my password, I still cannot log in. The person who took over my profile removed some of my photos and posted one of themselves wearing a hardhat, which is not something I would do as a mechanic. Please remove any unauthorized email addresses from my account except for my secondary email [redacted] I have invested a lot of time in building my profile and I am eager to regain access. The individual who took over my account seems to be using [redacted] Please remove their email address and password, and send me a new password to [redacted] This person should be banned from POF for hacking. I have attempted to create a POF account several times, but it keeps disappearing shortly after. The email from POF confirms my registration with the username Shawnd1775. The email highlights various features of the dating site, including the messaging tool Spark, advanced matching system, and safety tips. It also offers the option to upgrade to a premium membership for additional benefits. However, POF states that it does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. Hello POF, I have had successful relationships through your site. Recently, I found myself blocked and I'm unsure why. I attempted to create a new account, but it was also deleted. I have not intentionally upgraded or added a picture. I am concerned about the accuracy of the site's claims, as it initially says it's free, but when I try to send a message, it prompts me to upgrade, wasting my time. Additionally, I receive messages stating someone is online, but when I respond, I'm informed the person no longer exists, even though it shows they are currently online. Every message I receive is identical, which seems unrealistic given the diverse nature of individuals. The site seems to only offer profile browsing without genuine interaction. After my first contact with a woman who quickly asked for money, my experience has been disappointing and almost comical. It's frustrating that the site promotes itself as free but essentially requires upgrading for any meaningful communication. If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I would prefer to have my account canceled so I can share my negative experience elsewhere. Thank you.

There is a concerning $19.99 charge on my debit card from this website due to someone I know who used my card details without authorization. They obtained my information before leaving my residence and are making unauthorized transactions. I am unsure what details you require from me, such as the name the account is under, to resolve this issue promptly. Please contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you, Carolyn D. Bouman. I have identified 5 unauthorized charges so far, including 2 for $1 each. It's Sunday night, and I am worried about potential additional charges when the bank opens tomorrow.

I am having trouble accessing my POF account as it seems to have been taken over. My password is not working, and when I try the "forgot password" option, it says my email is incorrect. Recently, I was communicating with someone named Sue Mileski, who claims to be Russian but presents as an American on her [redacted] email and Hangouts account. She says she resides in Houston, Texas, and is already asking for $[redacted] in Amazon gift cards. There is suspicious activity on my POF account, with messages from males even though I'm seeking a female partner. I have encountered several scammers on this site and would like assistance with regaining control of my account.

Hello, My username is genguy70, and I am using the same email address I used to sign up. I encountered issues last year when I couldn't sign in, and after contacting support, the problem was fixed, but the helpful person I spoke to had left. I recently tried to sign in again and found I couldn't message anyone or see who viewed me. When I attempted to sign in last night, I faced the same issue as before. I'm quite disappointed as I've heard good things about this site but am having a frustrating experience. If it's a technical issue, I understand, but I'm frustrated that the same problem from last year has reappeared. Should I look for another dating site? This is my eleventh email regarding my account under the username "Dontmissthis1969" associated with the email [redacted] I have attempted to reset my password 11-15 times without receiving any emails, not even in the junk folder. This is the second time my account has been compromised, and I am frustrated that I cannot access my contacts or message history. Being a paid member makes this situation even more unacceptable. I urge POF to rectify this issue promptly. It seems I am not alone, as over 37,[redacted] others are experiencing similar problems. The service provided is abysmal, with excessively long response times. My previous wait was four days, and I have now surpassed five days. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation.

On March 10, I created a new account and used it without any issues several times until today. Suddenly, I was unable to log in, even though my username and password were saved on my computer and previously worked. Despite multiple attempts to enter the information manually, I couldn't access my account. The customer service was of no assistance. I requested a password reset link eight times but never received one, even after checking my junk mail folder. I have unread messages from individuals I recently started conversing with, and I don't want them to think I'm ignoring them. Could you please send me a password reset link or unlock my account, as I can't login even though I'm receiving emails without any problems? Thank you.

I have noticed an increase in fake accounts on POF for the Phoenix area. Many of these profiles lead to inappropriate content and are misleading. The number of fraudulent profiles seems to be high, making the user experience frustrating. I would like to see stricter measures in place to prevent spam accounts. One way could be to improve the algorithm used to detect and remove these fake profiles. Common signs of fake accounts include limited profile information, inappropriate photos, and discrepancies in personal details like profession and education. Implementing photo verification and reverse image searches could help address this issue effectively.

A few days ago, I had an unpleasant experience with a female user. We had been chatting for a while, and after suggesting we meet, things took an ugly turn. Although we had an argument and I moved on, she unexpectedly sent me a hurtful message last night, which I found too distressing to fully read. I responded, calling out her behavior, and she insulted me before blocking me. Moments later, I found my account had been deleted. This auto-ban policy, triggered by users blocking messages, seems unfair, as it can be misused. I believe my account was removed because of this. I urge for a review of this feature as it can be exploited. I kindly ask for my account reinstatement as I genuinely used the site to connect with potential meaningful relationships. Hello, I am inquiring about why I was logged out of my account. I believe it may have been due to a report made after I told someone to 'grow up' during a conversation. My username is MiMi_xoxoxo. I feel the way this situation was handled was unfair as some users misuse the 'report' button when they are unhappy with how a conversation has gone. It seems challenging for users who have been reported to appeal or contact you about the issue. It would be helpful to receive a warning email explaining the next steps for accounts involved. It's concerning if paying customers encounter similar problems. I have saved messages from the individual as evidence of malicious intent, and I believe the person should be held responsible for misusing the report feature. Can someone please email me to clarify how long I will be unable to access my account? I am also curious if my profile and pictures have been removed. Thank you.
