My name is Amber Giordano. I found out that my husband of ** years had made a pof account on June *, ****. I was able to get into it but all of his information was not updated so I was unable to get the information I needed for a divorce on the grounds of proving his infidelity. And since I have cracked my screen on my phone, it sometimes chooses the incorrect item I’m trying to pull up and it freezes up on me. Well that happened & it pulled up the $**.** upgraded user info & when I was trying to change my screen, it charged my PayPal account. I thought I was able to reject it in time since it says that I have been refunded $**.** but somehow it charged my husband’s checking account when it isn’t even setup to my PayPal account. There’s no record of the payment through his PayPal account but yet the phone number on the bank statement is PayPal’s. I’m asking for the $**.** refund from the purchase date of June **, ****, which posted on June **, **** for Phil Giordano, username Poppyphil****, from Jackson, NJ *****, with the last * digits of his card being ****. I took screenshots of both my iTunes account info saying I have been refunded AND a screenshot of the checking account that has NOT been refunded if I need to further support my case.
