Hello. For a number of reasons, I want to CXL my membership!!! And, receive a FULL REFUND of all money paid in the last ** goes. **. Already CXL’d via Apple I-Tunes over weekend, as I did not authorize “AUTO RENEW”. I was given confirmation that this will be done ASAP. **. Also, Following this request from APPLE -I TUNES, I couldn’t understand WHY POF was asking me to pay more $ - an upgrade-???? - so that I could read a message?!?! I did what was asked, give CC *, and I should not have!! *I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and this online set is “getting me no where” and is constantly demanding “more money -for upgrade ??? To read messages I should be able to read with original membership.**Point in fact, I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OD “upgrade fee I added yesterday -and should NOT HAVE... based on earlier request tibI-Tunes to CXL. **I know this communication may not be clear... as I reread myself. VERY SIMPLY, please CXL MY MEMBERSHIP AND REFUND RECENT ADDED FEE -I SHOULD HAVE PAID! *I own ‘my mistake,’ and I will will take a different approach -as this is not working for me. *VERY SIMPLY, PLEASE CXL MY MEMBERSHIP AND REFUND YESTERDAY’s FEE, in “good faith” as I will no longer use this service. It doesn’t work for me. And, for all it’s worth, I am not not employed b*c of an illness that prohibits me from working at this time.
